I had filler put in my top and bottom lip, not to make fuller but what I told the nurse more for wrinkles. She said it would help the wrinkles, which it did not! I called the office to talk with the nurse but was told she no longer worked there. I made appointment to see Dr Salzman and wss SO dissatisfied with that appointment. I explained my dissatisfaction, and all he could say the procedure was not to reduce wrinkles. He then said my options was to have laser treatment, which would cost $2000 to $5000!!! I do nit have that kind of money. Oh yes the other option pay more more money have additional filler. I also showed him a place on my top lip that looked like the filler had settled, but all he said he could inject something to dissolve the filler. There went my $600 I had already paid. If you are dissatisfied with a service I would think that instead of charging more money you would correct the problem at no additional cost to the patient! Dr Salzman's attitude was awful and not helpful to me. Maybe that is how he makes his money, dissatisfied patient charge more money to correct first mess up,

I know you wanted to have the wrinkles treated, but I'm just curious if you like the way your lips look with the filler?
No, one side to higher and thicker! That was also one of my concerns. People notice and have made comments. Embarrassing.

still dissatisfied

No I am still very dissatisfied with Dr Salzman and his office that the only resolution to the problem would cost me more money that I do not have. In my line of business we do everything we can to satisfy our patients. I am sure the problem could have be resolved in their end without costing me additional money.
Ugh that is so frustrating.  Are you going to have it dissolved?
