I came to Dr. Raffy Karamanoukian for my varicose and spider veins and I am so glad I did. He has treated me with warmth, compassion, and care. I truly believe in his hands and his skill. I first started with a consultation for my varicose veins and later ended up doing a blepharoplasty with him because I trust him intensely.
