Labiaplasty with Clitoropexy by Dr Alter - Los Angeles, CA

I decided to undergo labiaplasty and clitoropexy for personal reasons. I researched online and met with one well-known surgeon that told me that the 'wedge technique' was not possible for me. As I wanted to achieve a very natural result (and I work within the field) I knew that the wedge method was appropriate. I met with Dr Alter because he is dual certified in urology and plastic surgery - in my opinion this is required for this operation. He was very knowledgeable and kind and made me feel at ease. The surgery (wedge technique) went well and the results are very good. Dr Alter was available by email which was reassuring. I regret not talking to a patient preop to find out what the pain and swelling would be like after surgery (this distressed me) but other than that the experience was perfect. I highly recommend hiring their nurse for 8 hours after surgery. She was fantastic. Overall I feel very happy and am glad I went through with this. Dr Alter does outstanding work.
