Do not be deceived by the office or the office staff. They are not impressive. I did not think my breast implant issues could be fixed. Dr. Hughes asked me about my history and examined me and said I can fix it. In a few days, I was having the surgery. And a week later, they are symmetric and 1000% better. If you think it cannot be done, think about going to Dr. Hughes.

Internet Search. Talk to Dr. Hughes. Ask him anything about plastic surgery and he answers quickly, succinctly, and effortlessly.
