I had always been a little reluctant to show off my body as I was a little small on top. I had a B cup but wanted like a full C, small D. I wanted to do silicone under the muscle through the fold. Dr. Hughes said this was the most common way to perform the procedure. The surgery did not take long, and recovery was about a week. I ended up getting 425 cc, and they are just the right size.
