So just like everyone else, I've been reading all of the reviews on here for years and I've finally decided to join in and share my experience with you all. So here's my story.
About 2 years ago, I had smart lipo with a Beverly Hills doctor that was a complete waste of my money. The lipo was performed in my upper and lower abdomen, flanks, and bra roll. The procedure was torture and my results was non-existent. So 2 years later, I'm still not happy with my body.
This time I'm going for ultimate curves with the BBL. I've decided to go with Dr. Dennis Dass because of his YouTube videos and all of the reviews on here were stellar. I absolutely love how you can see the real before and after results of his patients in his videos. They are way better than looking at pics that may not be 100% real.
Last week, I booked my surgery date for Sept 4th. I chose that day because it's a holiday weekend, so I can have the surgery on a Friday recover over the long weekend and then be able to do computer work from home on Tuesday. Another thing about that date is that my birthday is Sept 5th. So this is also a birthday gift to me. Instead of celebrating my 34th birthday with a party, like I usually do. This year, I'll be high on pain meds recovery in my bed. lol!
I'll take some before pics soon.

Testing out sleeping position
QTBootyAugust 12, 2015
So all that I can think about is having my surgery now! lol! I know that most people complain about having to seep on their stomachs for 6 weeks. I am a combo stomach/side sleeper, so I'm concerned that while I'm sleeping I may roll onto my side. So last night I used some pillows to support me properly while and I slept on my stomach. And guess what? I didn't roll at all! I slept comfortable on my stomach all night. It actually felt like I was sleeping on a fluffy cloud.
I've been thinking about buying a ledge pillow. But if this works, it'll save me money! I'm gonna try it out all week to see how it goes.
So I wanted to post a pic of how I positioned my pillows in case this could help someone out. I used a cylinder pillow under my pelvis are and a regular pillow to support my abdomen. Lastly, I used a regular pillow to lay my head on. I think that the cylinder pillow was the key. I straightened by lower back out so I had no back pain.

This is how I sleep. But I'm still not comfortable because I've never been a belly sleeper. Im A walking zombie right now because I can't get comfortable. If you're a tummy sleeper that position will work just fine.

Pre-Op Done 10 days to go!
QTBootyAugust 26, 2015
So I had my pre-op with Dr. Dass yesterday. It was originally suppose to be last week, but I had to reschedule, twice. However, Dr. Dass' staff was so accommodating each time I cancelled and rescheduled my appointment.
When I got there, I met with Angela (I think that's her name) and we went over the consents and she gave me the post-op meds and instructions. I then met changed into the paper undies for my pre-op photo session. Dr. Dass took the pictures himself and one of his female staff members stayed in the room the entire time. He took a total of 16 pictures from every angle with and without underwear. I then got dressed and he sat down and talked with me one-on-one. He's so nice and comforting to talk to with. One of my major concerns is the post-op pain medications. I can't take Norco and I told him that during my consultation and I knew that I was going to have to remind him and persuade him to give me something else. However, the first thing he did was hand me a prescription for Percocet! He said that he remembered that I couldn't take Norco and I was so relieved! He then talked to me in more detail about the surgery, risks, aftercare, and stuff. He was so informative, I actually learned alot!
He doesn't feel that lymphatic massages are necessary after surgery. He doesn't believe that they make a difference. He said that my swelling will be the worst at day 3 and then will decrease for the next 6 months. He does not use drains, but allows the holes to drain themselves. He is also not using foam anymore because it's back-ordered. However, he said that he's been using chucks instead and they seem to be working just as well. I voiced my concerns about what I want to look like and he assured me that I will have an hour glass figure that looks natural. I then questioned him about why Nicki Minaj's butt is so big and spilled the tea about what he think that she had done. lol
Overall, the appointment went flawlessly and I'm ready and excited for the surgery! The mirrors and the lighting in his office are perfect, so I took some before pic to share with you all.
