I had the procedure done in Beverly Hills and IT WAS WORTH IT! The most fat that can be extracted from your body with out you having to be under intensive care for your weight is 5 LITERS (as was mine) and that transfers to 1400 cc's, which 700 cc's per butt cheek. (What I got!)

My butt was HUGE!! I was scared, then it went down and now it is perfect =)...I did not sit, drive, NOTHING for 6 weeks straight. It was well worth it. If you sit on the fat it will dissolve, but u keep about 75% (because usually ppl start sitting around 3 weeks) My doc said I looked like I kept about 90% due to my efforts so I was pleased. 700 cc's is MORE THAN ENOUGH! Its not a fake looking Nicki Minaj butt, but a rounder Kim Kardashian look. I love my butt now!!

It takes 6 months to see final results since the lipoed areas take forever for the internal swelling to heal (which is soooo true!) I had lipo in my lower back right above my buttocks and I thought I was pretty much all healed after 6 weeks but I still feel a little pressure when I move and its STILL SHRINKING! My booty is looking even better and I am so pleased because the arch looks even better! So all in all you should be happy and you will love your new butt!

Tips: Drink A LOT of water (it will help you heal faster and diminish any surgical scars), and DON'T SIT! to keep as much of the fat as possible...

I also want to add that my little scars from the fat insertion areas have diminished after 5 months! So be patient your final results will be amazing!

**jus wanna let everyone know that the stars and dots on my arm are not real!! They are drawn on, sorry that's the only before pic I can find. I don't have any tattoos.. I do hope my review helps people that are interested in getting this procedure! I will respond as much as possible, I've done the best I could and have answered as many q's as I could!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW....minaj...looking at your before pics puts it all into perspective, i defo want the doc that did urs...im a bit taller than u..frm ur pic u look quite petite n cute lol...but my butt is basically how urs was before the procedure...if i could get your results id b so happy...ur doc needs to give u commission for the customers ur sending his way lol....im live in london and so would have to stay in miami for a while before i could fly back so aftercare is really important to me...how would u say u were treated after ur op :-) x

Incredible. Simply put! The doc has a close relationship w/ his patients and treated me like I was of upmost importance...overall GREAT experience. Staff is A+ as well!

i'd like to know if new clothes had to be purchased. a good friend of mine keeps telling me after my procedure, i will to buy new clothes. i am currently 5'7/5'8 150 lbs. is that likely?

oh just realised u did it in LA not miami...lol...its all just america to me...how long have u had ur results now and do u think doing butt excercises like lunges helps it stay firmer? u look quite slim in ur before pics so im surprsed he managed to take so mch out of u..i'll probs have to put on a little weight before mine...thanks for answerin my questions mate :-) x

I dance and wieght train and yes I DO believe that lunges/ squats, etc keeps ur booty high and firm! I also run up and down stairs occasionally. Had my results about 6 months

WOW girl you look GREAT!!!!! It gives me hope, I'm one week out exactly and my dr. put 740 each cheek! I am already seeing a very nice contur but I do understand it will go down some more. I've been taking vitamins 2 weeks b4 surgery and I still am as per my doc.I am drinking plenty of water and vitamin water I HOPE I can get Just as good if not bigger results then what you have (you look amazing)! What is ur best advise to keep as much fat as possible?

drink 2 liters of water a day at least! make sure your urine is clear to aid in healing twice as fast..and do not sit no matter what!! not even a little bit! for a minimum of 6 wks! sleep on your stomach and hang in there. 6 wks flies by!

hey ladybuggmi...wow 740 is quite a lot i was under the impression that the max the doc could put in was 700cc...where did u get urs done and how is the pain?? :-) x

The max for ME was 700 for MY size...the most he could take out my body was 5 liters but it depends on ur size and your medical clearance, since you have to get a physical before you can be eligble for surgery. So after that your doc will let you know YOUR individual MAX based on your physical and other factors. Hope that helped bye

Hi coco-ebony! I hear so many different stories on the "max" fill but my doc actually told me he put 1000cc's each cheek in one person so I guess it depends. I got mine done by Dr. Markmann in Baltimore MD. He is really sweet and very knowledgeable with the bbl. As far as pain goes.......GIRL.....the first 2 to 3 days :-O I regretted every moment of ever having it done! BUT a week and a day later lol I'm loving my "Kim K" look, I've never had hips but now I'm loaded with cures :-)) I just hope I don't lose to much because it's still very early and there will be more fat lost :( If you want you can check out the Dr,s website at discoverthebeauty.com There are PLENTY of BBL pics and that's what sold me. His work is unbelievable!!!

Hi Minaj, how long was it for you when you notice you were keeping the fat? Another words how long will it be b4 the booty fat is permanent, I know everyone is different I just wanted to know your experience? I heard 3 weeks and I heard 3 months.

I didnt sit for 6 wks and after that my booty was still really high...i also could still feel some of the soreness from lipo...it started to subside around 3 1/2 months i noticed my booty dropped and rounded put and since then has retained all of its fat

Hi ladies! Minaj you look awesome babydoll!! Ladeebuggmi congrads on the surgery! I too am a few weeks from getting the butt lift, If you dont mind me asking how much did you weigh proir to surgery? I'm 5'7 and 170 pounds so I'm a pretty decent size. I also want a nice size butt, but mainly a want hips, because mine are pretty square. Is there any thing I need to tell my doctor he knows that my hips are whats the most important!! can you ladies give me advice. Thanks dolls!

as far as helpin the hips, Yea it definately can but before you go under the knife you need to be real clear to your doctor about what you want. I had square hips as well, (you see in my before) and my ps grafted fat to that area also. So yes, its possible, but you have to tell him!! My hips were narrow, and my ps is amazing so he's the one who suggested it grafting to my hips, Or I woulda had a booty with no hips! And when I showed him a pic of Deelishiz, showing him what I wanted he told me he would fill in my middle gluteus region AGRESSIVELY and add fat too my hips for a more rounder shape! So when you go to your doc take a pic or example of EXACTLY the type of butt your looking for otherwise they'll do what they THINK is best. Of course they know what they are doing (in most cases), but your personal preference has to be voiced in order to get desirable results. Closed mouths dont get fed!! He's a human too, not a mind reader, lol.

Looks great but where is your tattoo in your after pics that's on your arm? Seems like fake after pics, just saying. Also missing your face in the after.

First of all that's not called having a good eye. If you had a good eye you would see that those lil stars and dots are not real, they are drawn on my arm; and I expressed that several times. I don't have any tattoos!! I can't believe that...they don't even look real. They are all poorly drawn on..and this happens to be the only picture I could find that shows my backside fully an even tho it was almost a yr before my surgery, I put it up. I have been meaning to crop my face out, since I don't want someone I know to run across this website and find out I've had work done, and since you brought it to my attention, now I will!!!! I'm simply sharing my experience, I'm not getting paid to do this nor would I benefit from posting up fake pics!! You are rude and ppl like you make me want to stop answering questions on here and sharing my experience with others, but I am a lil flattered you think my results are too good to be true! It further lets me know I look great, and my results are completely natural looking. =) So thanx. Bye!

And I also notice from your review you are considering an implant..AFTER you have recieved the buttlift. I am amazed you doctor did a tummy tuck AND buttlift!! Girl that's a definate NO-NO...AND you only paid $6,700? It looks like you didn't go to a great doctor, since you are planning on having it redone. AND he ok'd you for two major surgeries at once? That's a lil fishy.. I'm just sayin..there really isnt much of a difference in your before and afters, so I can see why you may be discouraged on the whole surgery, a lot of ppl are disappointed because their fat didnt retain or they didnt get enough in the first place. You paid an extremely low price for 2 procedures, and you definately do get what you paid for. You stated yourself that your doc didnt spend time with you based on your low star rating! To be honest your tummy-tuck looks very strange...have you spoke with any of his previous patients before you went under the knife? Does he have to do revisions often? It looks like you may have had a botched surgery

My doctor was very kind, nice and busy. What's your point? Your trying to find something wrong with my pics and review because you get called out on your fake photos???? lmmfao!!!

I was definately not trying to find anything wrong with your review. It seems like you randomly attacking me because are unhappy with your results, so now you are saying my pics are "fake". That's sad...that's 100% ME!! Again, I'm not getting paid for this, simply sharing my results. No one should EVER get a tummy tuck & BBL @ the same time. Better luck with your butt implants..and plz do choose your PS wisely. Cheaper is NOT better, that couldnt be more true

There's no need to be rude savannah. you might not be able to see the face on the pics but you can tell its the same person...I don't know why girls have to be so catty to eachother unecessarily..and you're surgery DOES look botched and rather gruesome thats a fact its not an insult, show your face if you dont mind people knowing you've had surgery leave other people alone and keep yur negativity to yourself

Thank you CoCo...she has stated several times all over the site that she is unhappy with her results. You know what they say..jealous ones envy! ;) I'm just here to answer Q's and help others. She shoud've done more research..IF ANY DOCTOR OKAYS YOU FOR TUMMY TUCK AND BBL THE SAME DAY YOU SHOULD NOT GO WITH THEM! They may just be looking for all money at once..sad but true! I wanted implants and the BBL the same day an my doc said NO! There's no way you can heal properly, and besides that's dangerous. He actually refused. I was told to consider it 6 months after I am fully healed. I'm still here to answer any Q's! Talking to previous clients of your PS is a great idea..I did! I went thru a total of about 8 consults of wayyy lower prices, and more as well before I chose. I was very skeptical, because my friend had horrible implants that had to be removed! But not all surgeons do botched surgeries! =) take care, Good luck, and be VERY skeptical w/ whoever you choose. Remember it's YOUR body! And we are all human, doc's make mistakes as well..

please dont stop answering questions. Ive been researching as much as possible to really find the pros and cons for this procedure and have really had no luck until now. reading yalls story has really put a little more faith in this already scary surgery... Im excited to even consider getting this surgery done, with all the great feedback your writing... Im sure whoever wrote that "tattoo comment" is just skeptical which we all tend to find ourselves especially on something so major, but we can clearly tell it is the same person in the after shots. Im glad you posted your story and am sooo excited to start figuring out how to save for this.. I had looked at implants and injections and all of it, but I think Fat Transfer is the Best!! My biggest concern is that Im very thin. I mean I have most of my fat in my love handles, and little pudge in front but thats really it..---- should I gain weight!! and can you give me your doctors info (sorry if you already posted it) kind of new to this!! your results are amazing!! keep posting!! thanks
