I had my BA about two months ago. I am 5'5 125 pounds. When I had my consult and pre op appointment with doctor Desai he said that he was going to do 500cc HP because of my narrow frame. And since I liked the 450 sizers he would have to do 500. After looking at photos of 500 they looked so big! So we agreed on doing 475cc. I had the implants put in through the crease and after surgery I don't remember much but I wasn't in a lot of pain. When I got home I iced them and during that next week had some pain and zingers but nothing too bad.
I had a post op appointment with my doctor he told me to do massages because my implants were still high. It's been about two months now. My left implant is still a bit higher than right, but it is totally normal for breast implants to drop at different speeds. I am absolutely happy with my results and i would't change anything about them.
