4 big babies stretched skin, hysterectomy .... I lead healthy lifestyle weight training and running for 7 years now I am a uk size 10 and 68 kilos. Tried for 7 years to lose the saggy tummy BUT nothing rids it so it has to be the surgery route so I can be free to feel comfortable in my body wear low rise jeans a bikini walk around naked ! Not have to tuck the skin in ! Can't wait !

Well a month to go now til I am flat!
I am finding it hard to contain my excitement ! I am now doing more high intensity work outs at the gym and made my diet clean with a cheat day once a week if I fancy .... I have lowered the weights to lighter with higher reps too. So far in 2 weeks of doing this I have lost 2 kilos .... I am happy with my weight and nice tone I have but I thought with a month before my TT I can be at my optimum weight and be totally healthy with my diet ... As although I do eat healthily I do like a couple of biscuits here and there and always cake floating around the office for people's birthdays !! Lol so cut that junk out .
I am now thinking about what I need to buy for when I am laid up this site has been a great help on this . I have an appointment with the surgeon next week and have written down some questions I need to ask.

Seen the surgeon
Saw my surgeon last night .. He said I definitely need a muscle repair and he said that I will be very happy with my results They will be excellent ! He also said I don't need lipo ........ So I am looking forward so much 3 weeks or so and counting to go ! I am wishing the time away ! So I better start sorting what I need to get for when I am resting up :).
