WORTH IT$3,000
Hi. I have not posted since my procedure so though I'd fill you guys in. I am currently on Day 14 (2 weeks ) of recovery. Everybody is different and deals with pain differently, but I will noy lie and say the procedure did not hurt becsuse it did. During the procedure I was in a lot of pain and felt uncomfortable aftwards. BUT one thing i will say is that the pain is not unbearable. In regards to my healing process I just take every day as it comes. and people expect swelling and when you look in the mirror just think that the results can only get better a long with healthy eating and light exercise of corse! I have been having Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage and LOVE it i think it may be working. I have only had 3 sessions but during each of these sessions i am sooo relaxed and love the feeling. So I would definitely recommend this massage. The end result isnt here yet but i would recommend Vaser!!! I will post agian soon to keep you guys informed.

Hi Bonnie, how did you vaser go? I had mine this morning. I'm all padded up at the mo ha so can't really see if it's worked! How is your recovery going? Xx
Hi JB83. My vaser went ok. I wont lie at the time i was in a lot of pain and after the procedure. I spent the night in Liverpool and leaked so much. I'm finding that it only gets better and you have to take each day as it comes. Expect swelling. I know when looking in the mirror it can be disheartening but its expected. Also go for Manual Lyphatic Drainage Massage. It helps drain out toxins and waste in your body. It may not work for everyone but I would still advise it becuase you are so relaxed at the time and thats what you need after a procedure like Vaser. What areas did you have done?
Hello! Thanks for measaging me back! I have just managed to have a shower and change my dressings so your message cheered me up as I have to say I am feeling a little disheartened already. I had my Outer thighs/saddle bag area done and I don't see any change as yet. My bum looks really big and I am worried he didn't take enough. But as you say, it's early days! I need to be patient and I will definitely go for some MLD. Earliest I could get was monday. I massaged the area a bit myself this morning... A lot of liquid came out (I didn't leak at all in the night). Which areas did you have? Hope you're feeling a bit better! X
Hey JB83. I felt a lot better after showering but took me agess to get in the shower I was so scared just to take the corset off. Monday is fine honestly i felt so relaxed. I had my upper and lower abs, flanks (love handles) and bra rolls. I definitely noticed a difference but the swelling really put me down but please trust me it only gets better. I am still swollen but I have noticed that the swelling has gone down. I met my doctor the other day for a follow up and he said im healing well. Remember to keep eating healthy and when you feel you are ready light exercise. I keep drilling in my head everytime theres temptation around firstly look how much we paid and secondly we can still put weight back on. Please keep me up to date with your healing process. I go on holiday next month, i understand i wont see the final result but i am praying the swelling goes down a lot xx
Hello, I'm due to have vaser with dr nurien next week, also in Liverpool. Could you give me any tips or advice xx
Hi K1234M. What areas are you having done? I'm certainly no expert but I must say the ladies in the clinic are lovely if you need anything just ask them. Do expect swelling afterwards. I saw a difference immediately BUT my stomach was still quite round. You will need to take it day by day because everyone is different. For me the first night was the worst so I stayed in Liverpool and travelled back the next day. Please let me know how it goes. Its good to hear tips from each other.
Hi I'm having upper/lower on Friday so getting nervous/excited now. I've got some arnica tablets and cream so hopefully they will help abit. Are the results what you expected? X
Hi. I do have great results but I am still swollen just bare that in mind. I go for Lymphatic Drainage Massage and the lady said she can see improvements. Change your diet and exercise regime immediately if you havent already! So far it is worth it. The swelling can be a bit discouraging at times but expect it because its trauma to your body just eat the correct foods and research on some anti-inflammatory foods/drinks/tablets. I'm excited for you hope you love your results.

Hi. I have been thinking about vaser for the longest time. My reasons for having this done is because I want to feel confident within my own body. Theres nothing like a confident woman!

My Vaser is booked for tomorrow all of a sudden the nerves have kicked in I feel sick and I'm just not sure what to expect. I am travelling to Liverpool from London and I'm still deciding if I should go home the same day or spend that night there.

The Dr who will be doing my vaser is Dr.Nurien he does seem like he knows his stuff. Right now I'm just so curious and really hope that its worth it (time and money).

I will be updating you guys as I want to keep a diary of my progress as well as uploading before and after pics.

Please comment and let me know about your experience.
