“Life style lift: dont do it!!!!!! see my photo's!!!!!!”

Lifestyle lift: NOT worth it

Cost: $3,000
Pain: Severe
Lifestyle lift satisfaction: Poor1 Star Rating: Poor

I was left with terrible scars and given absolutely no post op care instructions at all. In the 3 years since I have had this surgery I have felt humiliated and ugly.

Finally I have taken some steps to repair the damage, which was significant. I am spending about $3000 to $4000 in laser which I highly reccomend.

I am starting to feel a little less self conscience about the horrific results I got... and I have the pictures to prove it.

look at my pictures and tell me: who in their right mind would do this and expect a person to heal from this type of incision and suturing???

I was butchered.

Updated on Dec 24, 2008:

obviously even post op laser treatment was only able to minimally help the very poor job that was done on my face.

Life Style Lift did not offer or care to help repair the damage. They basically said tough luck sweetie----

NEXT IN LINE PLEASE!

UGH, I WILL FEEL UGLY FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.

Ugly Scars, I hope you can sue LSL and that it goes well for you. Ugly Scars, what happened to you went 'way beyond 'just unfair.' Your doctor KNEW what he was doing--he consciously decided to do sloppy surgery on you because he was greedy and lazy and figured he could get away with doing bad surgery on you because you were helpless to do anything about it (or so he thinks). What a cruel man! I'm glad that you're sticking with this, Ugly Scars, that you aren't dropping it. From what I've read, Ugly Scars, you have the strongest voice on this website and you're sending the strongest message to others. You've taught us a lot, Ugly Scars. You're the kind of person who makes a difference in life for others by coming forward and sticking to your guns. I wish you all the success in the world in pursuing this.

I got an update from my state medical investigator. He has decided& believes that the Doctor& LSL lied , misled, & did bodily harm to me& has put my case to the next level. He was represented by a lawyer& brought extra documents unsigned by me to the interview. It's so nice to be believed!! I also was told that when you file w/ a state licensing medical board, you have FIVE YEARS to sue, from the date of your procedure. Please check your state, but, I believe they are all the same. I have the 07 interview with Kent where he states on video that a LSL is & I quote, "It's all done through a very small incision in the ear, we are able to lift everything from the cheeks and the neck, tighten it all up without having to go to sleep".... Girls, that is our proof we were all misled, because what we got is a lower facelift without our permission! Anyone wanting a copy please email me.

Please send me a copy of the video - my ears were cut off and sewed back on with a quarter of an inch difference in replacement, and with the bumps behind the left one. thanks

I just had my LSL last week. I am still tender bordering on sore from time to time. I am absolutely glad to have had it done and look much more refreshed. Anyone who thinks they will have any type of surgery without pain, swelling and bruising probably isn't realistic. Give yourself a full week to ten days to recover with a LSL and more if you have additional procedures. Anyone who wants more info is welcome to contact me!

I was thinking of having this procedure done, but after checking into it, NO WAY!!!!! I have also been checking on plastic surgeons, and have not heard half of what I have about Lifestyle lift. I actually know alot of friends who have had the plastic done and are happy and look great. Hope things work out for all of you. Keep you in my prayers.

Kimberly: the wee problem you have in describing your Life style lift is number one--they told me I could go back to work the NEXT DAY!! opps, not true huh? and when I left that office; after having a full procedure done???? I had zero post op instructions and was not seen until 10 days later hence; lots of scars and nasty blood pooling in my neck see my pic at the top of this thread. dont tell people what is not true. It might be true for you--- but it IS NOT TRUE for every one.

I too would like to share more information about my LSL and how the outcome has really impacted my life. I too was lied to, not once, twice, three, no more like every time they opened their mouthes lies would fly out. If anyone is worried at all about having this procedure, contact me, maybe I can help clear up a few of your misconceptions and if I can't I'm sure "Uglyscars" above would be happy to help you out also.

I can attest to the fact that LSL is in trouble as are the doctors doing the work can't say more---- but trust me on this. I would say more but dont want to be traced in any way manner or form via this site. yes Kim, good for you--you got lucky.
