“Life style lift: dont do it!!!!!! see my photo's!!!!!!”

Lifestyle lift: NOT worth it

Cost: $3,000
Pain: Severe
Lifestyle lift satisfaction: Poor1 Star Rating: Poor

I was left with terrible scars and given absolutely no post op care instructions at all. In the 3 years since I have had this surgery I have felt humiliated and ugly.

Finally I have taken some steps to repair the damage, which was significant. I am spending about $3000 to $4000 in laser which I highly reccomend.

I am starting to feel a little less self conscience about the horrific results I got... and I have the pictures to prove it.

look at my pictures and tell me: who in their right mind would do this and expect a person to heal from this type of incision and suturing???

I was butchered.

Updated on Dec 24, 2008:

obviously even post op laser treatment was only able to minimally help the very poor job that was done on my face.

Life Style Lift did not offer or care to help repair the damage. They basically said tough luck sweetie----

NEXT IN LINE PLEASE!

UGH, I WILL FEEL UGLY FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.

Please realize we have nothing to gain but the satisfaction of warning others. Lifestyle lift is a horrific procedure. DO NOT DO IT.

What goes around, comes around. An eye for an eye. All payback slangs we use., I believe one day LSL will get what they deserve, have to reverse thier false ads, lies& disfiguring ppl. I noticed on LSL website, they seem to be losing many of their REAL plastic surgeons. I know where I went they lost 2 plastic surgeons& I wasn't offered them. Instead I was told the Dr that was available was a plastic surgeon& he wasn't. Remember there is a play in words when it comes to that specialty& what a dis-service to the P.S that spend yrs in school& training to get this degree & name for some throat surgeon to be able to cut us up like they do. Yes, some ENT's have some P.S experience in the line of work, but they KNOW what we are asking when we say, "Are you a Plastic Surgeon"..It's a shame all of our govt. agencies allow this& don't protect the patient. Something should be done w/ CONGRESS. When TMJ was considering a dental problem, many woman got together& went to Congress& it was changed. After all, TMJ is the bony joint that attaches your jaw to your skull. How is that dental? Some of these Dr's go for weekend classes& are allowed to perform facial surgery on us.Many don't know this& I didn't. As I once said here, I wonder if they also went to a cardiology class, if they are allowed to do a by-pass on us, too. It seems so wrong!!!!!!!!!!!

I googled it & saw many LSL suits where they sued others. Last count months ago, I believe I counted 21 in federal courts. They are bullies, chop shops & prey on us with their lies & false ads. They even lie to your face. I have a interview that Kent did in 2007 where he states a LSL is a simple, small incision in the ear! Nowhere is there a factual statement on what a LSL entails & they surely don't tell toy their lunchtime, go back to work the next day procedure involves almost disecting your ears off. The consent form is given as they take you in for the procedure when we are nervous & getting meds before the procedure. As I always say, Plastic surgeons don't create scars, they fix them & what they did to us is beyond dirty. In 06, their website stated ' we hire the Best of the Best plastic surgeons'.. I also printed that out for those of you who need that. Not only is that a lie, where I had mine done, all the plastic surgeons left the practice. And I say 'practice' literally.I think I could've done a better incision & like a 5 yr old stayed near the lines of the ear. What I got was a square incision, nowhere close to the ears& highly visible. The back of my ears are ragged & have numerous bumps where the stitches are protruding...I have a left pixie. The DR said his idea of a revision was to make a right pixie so they look the same. UNREAL! What happened to a doctors oath not to do harm??? Hopefully the boards will reprimand him or suspend his license. The interview is days away between the Dr, his lawyer& the medical investigator. I only wish I could sit in on that because they are going to BS their way out of it. Wish me luck....

Be careful of harrassing them. They won't hesitate to sue you for that. There are other ways.

I have no problem with them suing me I would welcome it as I have the pictures to prove the permanent damage they did to me-- my scars are downright ugly--and my neck looks like its dirty-- try being single and having every single date notice your ugly scars. I will gladly file a counter lawsuit BRING IT ON!!!!
