Well I am 2 weeks post op today. Still a little sore every now and then when I move a particular way or if I touch a bruise that developed under my right breast. All of my other bruises have disappeared except this one....it is just about gone but not quite. Both my breasts still have some dropping and fluffing to do but my right has dropped more than my left. Waiting for them to catch up to each other and for this whole dropping and fluffing process to be done!! Ugh....I have no patience!!

You look great! You will see a lot of changes to the shape and size as you settle, so don' t worry. I think they will look really natural and a great size for you.
Thanks, I definitely can't wait for them to settle!
I can't wait for mine to look normal in clothes! Right now I feel like I look like they are in my throat lol can't wait to see how they look in the weeks to come!
Mine look very good in clothes but they are still high without any clothes on. I'm trying to be patient and let them drop but it is so hard!
How are you doing? Are you happy with your results this far? Do you have an updated picture ? :)
Do you have updated pics?? Or post op look very similar and I just got saline last Friday 420 cc’s in left and 450 ccs’s in right. I would love to see your end results!!

Well I had my one week post-op appt today. My ps said everything is looking great and I go back in 3 weeks. He said I am still swollen and that they are still riding high but that, with time, they will drop and look great. They are definitely still high and "larger than life" but I think once they drop and settle that I will be really happy. They look GREAT in clothes but still look rather large when I am naked but that will all change when they get settle in. I updated my picture and it is a little funky b/c I have both my arms extended but it gives you the general idea!

Congrats on the results...they look great...I'm sure when they settle it won't seem large ...I too am getting saline, what made you go with them and how do they feel?
They have actually settled quite a bit the past few days. I still have a ways to go and am not even 2 weeks out yet. I did saline b/c I already had some breast tissue. My ps said that if I didn't have very much tissue then he would recomment silicone b/c they feel more like breast tissue but my tissue would disguise the implant so he didn't see doing the added expense of silicone. they are still a little hard but that is b/c they are still riding high. They are slowly dropping and starting to soften. I have heard that it can take a few months for them to drop completely and soften.
Thanks for responding...I have a ways to go before my surgery, keep us posted on your healing....

Hey ladies.....I will be a week post-op tomorrow and it seems like my swelling has been worse the past few days than it was the 1st and 2nd day. Anyone else experience this?

So do you really feel you went too big? I think they look really good already without the dropping. I'm 11 days out and I keep worrying about going to big. Are they pretty heavy feeling? Sorry for all the questions, just curious!
Well....somewhat. The only reason I think I went too big right now is because they are very swollen and very, very high. They are more swollen today than they were the day after surgery. I am "ok" with their size now in clothing and in my bra but not exactly thrilled with their size when I am naked but I think part of that is being in shock and going from having deflated, saggy breasts to large, full breasts. I also think that the swelling has a lot to do with it. And they really aren't all that heavy feeling. They feel heavier when I take my sports bra off to shower or something but I think that is just because they have no support and are stretching the muscle/skin.
And I just looked at your profile and I think the 450 cc's look good on you. Just don't freak out the first week or two like I am because they are going to look a lot bigger than that right after surgery....Just give yourself time and let the swelling go down and let them settle. (I really need to be taking my own advice. Haha.)
Klaa - I am glad it's not just me feeling that way. I am one week post-op today and I feel like the past 2 nights and today they feel more swollen than they ever were before. Or maybe not swollen but the skin on the upper poles feels like it is being pulled really tight. And, the skin between my breast has a pulling senesation too.
YES!! I feel the same way. I don't have pain but I am just uncomfortable and feel an extra pulling and tightening sensation. My ps said the swelling peaks around the first week so it is normal to be more swollen now. I started freaking out b/c I was happy with my size the next day after surgery but they have ballooned up since then b/c of swelling but my ps said that they will go down so I am at ease now. Also, the past few nights have been miserable sleeping! I can't get comfortable for the life of me!
