I am extremely happy with Dr. Bitner and his staff...
I am extremely happy with Dr. Bitner and his staff. They were very polite and professional, and made my visit very enjoyable. I drove into Salt Lake from Boise, Idaho and found it very easy to navigate. My hotel was about 5 minutes from the Tanner Clinic, which is only 2 or 3 blocks off the interstate. The experience exceeded my expectations, and if I ever have to do this again, I'll definitely go back to Dr. Bitner.
As I'm only 1 week post-op, I can tell you that the instructions were clear and easy to understand. So far, everything is working out great and I can easily recommend going to Dr. Bitner whether you're local to Salt Lake, or out of state. I will post a follow up to this in 6 months!

Quick update - I had 1425 grafts, which was all along the front hairline only. I only expected around 1100 or so, and only in the left/right temple area, but Dr. Bitner also filled in the middle area which (I'm assuming) is where the additional 325 grafts went. Dr. Bitner charges for the result of a small, medium, or large session of grafts, which I like because I didn't focus on counting grafts.
I'm 7 days post-op now, and I've been following the directions he gave me. Just lightly mist the grafts with Witch Hazel 4 to 6 times daily, and then shampoo with baby-shampoo twice a day until day 7, then use my regular shampoo. As of today, most of the crusting and scabs are gone, and my forehead is a little red.
