30 Year Old Mother of 4 with Teardrop Implants. Layton, UT

A few of you have asked for a before picture. This is the only one I have on my phone right now. I wore about a 36 D before but that's not accurate because I didn't fill up the cups at all. I had mostly loose skin. When I lifted my arms or bent over, it was just wrinkles. I have no idea what my size is yet, I haven't been measured yet and am still wearing the granny bra. Thanks for the feedback and questions. I used this site a lot beforehand so I thought I'd return the favor. :)

LOVED Dr. Yates. Im completely thrilled with my results and so grateful I went to him! I used to be quite busty but lost all volume after breastfeeding 4 kids. I researched like crazy and decided on Dr Yates even though I had to drive 10 hours to get to him. His office is so friendly and clean. He was so helpful and prompt and considerate. Not pushy at all.

I went down thinking I wokld need a lift, but Dr Yates gave me lots of options- he recommended using teardrop implants and going over the muscle to give a "lift" without the scars of an actual Breast lift. I was nervous about going over the muscle but he answered all my questions and his website pictures put me at ease. I decided on 425cc textured silicone anatomic implants.

Surgery went well, and post op was a breeze. I never even needed a pain pill and at 3 weeks out, I feel completely back to normal. They just get prettier and prettier and I'm so so in love!

I can't emphasize enough how happy I am. He knows what he's doing and knew what was best for my body. I'm so glad I went to him and can't recommend him enough!!
