I'm 24 years old with a 6 year old and 4 month old and both of my girls were big babies! My stomach looks crazy and my skin has stretched to the max each pregnancy... I'm ready to wear my old clothes again. After my last daughter my final weight was 254.. currently I'm a 197lbs and would like my goal weight to be between 165-170 I'm 5'9 in height.

I'm scheduled for my tummy tuck 1/27/2012 currently thinking about rescheduling for 1/20/2012 this is sooooo long over due I'm suuuppeerrr excited reading everybody's story.. I work out about 4 days a week.. zumba, taebo, and my treadmill at home! I'm on a mission and I diet and watch what I eat until I reach my goal!!

Hi ladies!! I know I haven't posted at all.. I guess you can consider me kind of shy! But anyways I'm scheduled for my post op today!!! Yaaaaaaayyy (clapping & dancing) my surgery is 2 weeks away and I am sooooo excited. I'm not nervous about the post op pictures because that'll be the old me! I'm so ready to get this over with! :)

I'm scheduled for my tummy tuck 1/27. My Preop is today and I am soooo excited! I will post before and after pictures soon. I will be 25 this year but this is something I've always wanted to do! My oldest daughter is 6 years old after I had her I went from 154 lbs @ 5'9 to 205 lbs... Of course my stomach muscles were ruined lol.. and recently I gave birth to another princess who's 5 months now. And after her my final weight was 254. I'm currently a 197 lbs and working on it. My idol weight is 160-165. I have grown and gotten use to my womanly curves but I miss fitting in my low rise jeans.. I'm so happy I found this forum as so many women have the courage to post their pictures and share their experiences. When I tell people about my surgery the outcome is never positive! But I'm doing this for me!! I cannot attend the beach in a bikini at my young and vibrant age because of the loose skin from carrying two big babies... It's my time to shine and get my sexy back!!!!! 2 weeks is around the corner!!

Soooo my lab results and everything turned out to be fine! Now I'm waiting to have my surgery on the 27th. Does anybody know what I should buy besides the compression garment? What else do I need to prepare myself for the surgery after I'm home?

Updated on 23 Jan 2012:
Okay I haven't posted in a while. I've been busy taking care of the kids and making sure last minute things are in order before I'm scheduled for surgery... The anxiety is starting to kick in. I can't believe in 3 days I'm going to have the surgery I've been dreaming of... Till next time :)

I feel pretty good. I got a chance to take a peak at my belly.. the pain is not as bad as I thought!! I'll try and post pictures real soon as soon as this medicine wears off

Updated on 28 Jan 2012:
The pain honestly isn't that bad. I'm able to get up and go to the bathroom without help. My ps office called and said I can take a bath. I've been only taking 1 percocet instead of 2 since I'm not in alot of pain. I can stand up pretty good. From time to time I feel nauseas but that has worn off. I haven't gotten my appetite back quite yet but I've been drinking a lot of fluidsn I promise I will post pictures as soon as I get to a computer. I feel so much better I love my results

Updated on 29 Jan 2012:
Good morning ladies... It's incredible how much you need your stomach muscles. I feel great. I don't take the percocets anymore as I can tolerate the pain which is barely any at all. And my stomach is already itchy along the sides. I'm assuming its healing. I'm walking around the house when I get a chance and I have my feet propped up watching tv. I have my mom and boyfriend here helping me but really I'm able to do for myself.. ill update later.

Good Morning. :) Today I have an appointment with the PS. I hope today is the day I have my drains removed. I have been so bored at home about to pull my hair out. I feel so normal just a tad bit hunched over. other than that all is well.

Updated on 15 Feb 2012:
Well I'm 19 days post op. Feeling better and better everyday. I've been able to stand up straight, go to the mall, and do some of my regular activities. I've been itching a lot around the incension area but that is to be expected. I have an appt tomorrow with my ps. Hopefully I can start light exercises. In the morning I have little to no swelling and then during the day I look full and bloated. I cannot wait to be at least 4 months post op. I believe by that time all of the swelling would go down. I still try and eat healthy and maintain my weight. I return to work on Monday the 20th. I'm currently looking for stage two garments since the one I have I'm ready to throw in a river.. other than that all is well. I would post pictures later. P.S. I've been doing some hard thinking about a breast augmentation... I have this nice tiny waist but my girls up there are a little sad lol I'm very contemplative at this point.

lisee38 24 Jan 2012
Hey MizzPisces I've been thinking about you!! I know how anxious you must be, only 3 days left!!!! So do you have all your prescriptions filled & your shopping done for post op? Does your PS use drains? Comfort is key, make sure you wear oversized or baggy & easy to put on clothes as you wont be dressing (or rather wont be able) to dress yourself after surgery. I wore my hubbys sweats &his zip up hoodie (I had a breast lift tho but it still made it easier to put on) and nothing else lol. I figured no one would care anyway if I was bra & pantyless. Also start drinking lots of water & get those stool softners going mami ;)
Ass4Days 24 Jan 2012
Thank you so much for keeping in contact... Strand thing is ether surgeon I'm going too have a pharmacy in the facility so the prescription is giving to me after the surgery which I thought was pretty weird. I went shopping and brought what I thought I needed. I brought the compression garmet from the surgery facility. What else should I be looking to buy? I have a bunch of things. Hand sanitizers, gauges. Latex gloves, tylenol pm pills to help me sleep at night, stool softners, adhesive tape and extra dressings and I brought baggy pajamas... What exactly do I need? Lol help!!!! Do you suggest I take the stool softners now?
Ass4Days 24 Jan 2012
Excuse the typo.. dumb stupid phone!! I meant to type ** strange thing is the surgeon has a pharmacy and most people are going through the facility or you can take the prescriptions and have them put in at a local pharmacy. According to the nurse ill have plenty of medication to make me comfortable after the surgery, by the time that wares off ill have my pain pills. Oh yeah I'm getting drains. I know that will be a pain in the butt
lisee38 27 Jan 2012
Hey girl!! I'm so sorry!! I've been so frickn busy with school stuff for my boys that I haven't had time to sit down & send a good response! I'm haPpy your surgery went well & it's awesome that your surgery clinic also had a pharmacy! 1 less thing to worry about! So how are you feeling? I can't wait to see your pics! I'm 7 weeks & had my 2month appointment today! No more compression garment & I can do light ab work now! Just gotta work on the scar & deal with the last but of swelling he said should be gone by 3 months post op! What kind of pain meds did they give you?
Ass4Days 28 Jan 2012
Lol I know you've been busy and thanks for checking in. I feel good to be honest. When I woke up I was in a little bit on pain but as I got home I slept the night away. I feel good. I can sit up a little and I walk myself back and fourth to the bathroom with no help. My boyfriend helps me with the draining of the drains nothing I can't do by myself. And so far they've prescribed me percocets and ciprofloxacin for anti body infection. I don't have much of an appetite but I've been eating fruits and drinking water. I took some stool softners. I haven't had a bowel movement yet lol TMI.. I have some stinging sensations from time to time. What I didn't like is that I never got a change to see my doctor mark my skin. The anestheologist was talking to me and next thing you know I was knocked out. How do I know if I even got the lipo I paid for? I don't see any small holes around my body so I'm wondering what the lipo entailed. I definitely have a lot of questions when I go back. I'll be working on my breast next. Thinking about a lift no implant but then again I would like a full breast so far so good. When I get to a computer ill update some pictures. I can't do it from my phone right?
lisee38 28 Jan 2012
Damn girl you sound like ur doing good! Getting up & going to the bathroom is the hardest part that 1st week! Those (or any narcotics) really really constipate people so maybe try prune juice and or double up on softners or add all natural miralax to ur water if u don't go by Sunday. I know this us tmi but I didn't have to push at all & was going a few times per day the day after surgery cuz the strain if pushing & the pain from gas when ur constipated can be very hard. Not too mention u can risk hurting urself (busting a suture or stitch by pushing 2 go). The drains are a pain but necessary, did they show him how to strip the drain lines with an alcohol pad to get them really clean & help ensure u don't get any clots in the lines? Don't stress about anything yet just relax until you see ur Ps are u going Monday?) I'm sure you got what you wanted (& I'm like u I need to make sure it was done) but you see it now anyway so just rest up until u go in. Now that I did the breast lift & TT I'm considering getting the implant! Lol plastic surgery us addicting :) I have my 3 month post op appt & breast augmentation on Feb 20th. I love my lift but want a lil more fullness & size back. I was a 36 saggy D now I'm a perky 34C & would love to be a 34D but we'll see how this appointment goes. Glad to hear u are doing so good! Maybe I should've did this when I was younger cuz my old butt was hurting that 1st week lol
Ass4Days 28 Jan 2012
Lol!! He didn't mention anything about cleaning the drain lines or striping them. He left with instructions how to empty them etc but I'm suppose to have a post op appt today. And I haven't really been heavy on the percocets just 1 every 4 hours instead of 2. And to be honest the draining has slowed down dramatically. Does that mean anything? I wish I had a computer. It's at my moms house. I won't be able to upload until next week. I can send some pictures to your email address if you'd like. I would love a breast lift with an implant ill be complete. I work out often. I need to get back doing my lounges to lift that butt up. I'm a 34 C I was about a 36 D after I had my youngest.. i'll be 25 March 8th I need my swagga back ASAP
lisee38 28 Jan 2012
Maybe they will tell u about stripping those lines today b/c my left side wasn't draining good the first 24 hours but once we were taught how to strip them it caught up with the other side. I had both drains for 11 days. Girl ur young butt is sure nuff gettn that swagga back! Are u sure u even need a lift? I'll send u my email if u wanna see how the scars are lookn for the lift! I really think if Im going to pay all this money I
Might as well do it right & get the implants too! Lol
Ass4Days 28 Jan 2012
Both sides have been draining at a 100 and 75 cc's they told me I can take a bath only for today and to come back on Friday the 3rd thatll be a week post op. they didn't mention anything about removing the drains but they provided me with a bunch of gauges to clean around the area. I sent you some pictures to your email. I want the same surgeon to do my breast I'm thinking may is the date I want to get it done
lisee38 28 Jan 2012
I got them & will check them out this evening, I gotta go beat my bits in basketball right now lol!
Ass4Days 28 Jan 2012
Lol okay
babymickey202 4 Feb 2012
Hey, I'm glad I found your postings. I'm scheduled to have my tummy tuck and lipo on 3/5/2012, and I dont know what to expect. Of course I'm afraid that I will be in a lot of pain after the surgery. Reading your post have been helpful.
Ass4Days 4 Feb 2012
Babymickey202. Good luck with your procedure!!! To me there's no pain like child birth.. the tummy tuck pain is vet manageable and not like how you'd expect!! lol don't worry I'm excited for you
babymickey202 4 Feb 2012
Lol thanks. I'm excited too about how my body will look afterwards, I want to be able to wear a 2 piece this summer. but I know that I'm going to get more scared and nervous when I have 1 week to til surgery. What is like being "under" do you dream. I never been put to sleep before
Ass4Days 4 Feb 2012
I was put under anesthesia and didnt remember a thing! But when I woke up I was very drowsy and felt like throwing up.. I was sleepy with no appetite for about three days, but everybody body is different. I was able to walk around fine at home without any problems, but once in a while the drowsiness from the medication kicks in causing you to feel sluggish. I stop taking pain medicine day 2. That's how manageable the pain is. After that I've been fine since day 2. I didn't enjoy taking the percocets because sometimes it makes you dream of weird things lol!! But as long as you're resting, drinking plenty of fluid and eating food or at least trying to get something in your tummy you'll be fine.
