Amazing Procedure and Doctor - La Mesa, CA

I had 4 children within 5 1/2 years and although very active and in shape, there is no ridding completely of that lower tummy area so I was wholeheartedly interested in a full tummy tuck procedure. The procedure was amazing, but not going to lie...a big recovery. Your stomach is being cut into and muscles are being stitched back to where they once were, so patience is key upon recovering. My personal goal was to have that once flat stomach I always had and it is there and then some! Like I said, I have always stayed in shape, so I don't believe it is life changing for me, yet more on a self conscious side of change would be a better description. I don't have to worry about the 'roll' of skin or tight shirts....it is all relative to what you start with though. I had no upper abdominal excess skin or fat. If you are looking to get this procedure done, just do your homework and chose a doctor that appreciates you and is realistic in your personal goals.
