The Start of my Journey..Breast Augmentation & Inverted Nipples - La Mesa, CA

Dr. Pousti exceeded my expectations. His care for me before the procedure, the day of my procedure and after my procedure was irreplaceable. I am a 20 year old, which people can quickly be mistaken for as naive. I however, did endless research on breast augmentation and the doctors who should perform it. To start with, I knew what I expected when I went into each consultation. After two consultations and long hours spent on research, I was already beginning to feel hopeless. I didn't find Dr. Pousti on the internet, he was recommended to me by a customer where I work (Victoria's Secret). I went straight to my laptop when I got home and was impressed with everything I saw on his website; HUNDREDS of photo's, stories, information, his education, etc. Moreover, I was pleased with the courtesy of the staff when I called to make a consultation. My consultation lasted almost 2 hours. Dr. Pousti took SO much time to answer ALL of my questions AND he convinced me to talk with THREE of his other patients who were there that day for post op appointments. All three of the women I talked to were so comfortable with showing me their results and even allowing me to touch their breasts. They were more than happy to tell me how pleased they were and how Dr. Pousti and his staff gave them the best experience and results. By the way, their breasts looked PERFECT. Number one about Dr. Pousti: he LISTENS to what you want. You are definitely not just another number or check to him. He genuinely loves what he does and he loves to give people what they want. He takes the time to get to know who you are as a person so he can even more assure that he knows how to give you results that fit you and everything you want. He will take every step necessary to communicate with you; phone calls, several consultations, long consultations and more.
The day of my surgery he held my hand as I fell asleep. I trusted him. It takes ALOT for me to trust ANYONE--ESPECIALLY PROFESSIONALS.
I woke up with great assistance from nurses in the hospital. I am on day five of recovery and on day 3 I paged Dr. Pousti in the middle of the night (3:45 am) because I was swelling out of my surgical bra and needed to make sure it was okay to take it off. He called me immediately and assured me it was okay and that "We'll get you in a sports bra tomorrow". He has made this whole journey a team. I have never felt alone, just always extremely comfortable and supported. He has called me several times since my surgery to make sure I am okay. I went in for my post op appointment yesterday and he gave me flowers. NOT TO MENTION--MY RESULTS ARE BEYOND PERFECT!!! He NAILED exactly what I wanted!!!!!

What makes Dr. Pousti a top of the line great doctor, is that he is a top of the line great PERSON. Dr. Pousti did not only give me confidence, he also restored my faith in humanity. Ladies and Gentlemen, if you want great results and a great experience that will change your life...you would be absolutely lucky to have Dr.Pousti as your doctor. I hope he knows how GREATLY appreciated and respected he is as a doctor and a human being. I could honestly go on and on about this doctor, but instead, I advise you to go in there yourself and share your own great journey with him!! Best of luck to everyone. I am going to Dr. Pousti for a breast augmentation and to fix my inverted nipples. I am going for a natural look, with a size that is proportionate to my body. I am very picky when it comes to trusting others, especially when it comes to altering my body! Dr. Pousti was the third Doctor I went to and so far I am feeling like the third time really is the charm. I spent almost 2 hours in his office talking with him, his staff and his patients. He made sure communication was key, not just with him but with other people as well. I really appreciated that he listened to me so well. No other doctor took the time to get to know me and get to know what I wanted. He proved to me that he really cares about what he does for a living. That's how you know you are paying the right person to take care of you. I am super excited for my surgery in a few weeks and I feel if anyone can give me what I want, it is him. I will be back to write a review of the results in a few weeks!
