My Mommy Makeover After 4 Kids and Weight Lose 260 Down to 135 - La Mesa, CA

I'm 37, a mother of four beautiful kid's age's 12, 10, 6 and 5 year old. My weight had fluctuated up and down in between my kid's. Finally after loosing all that weight and searching for years. I decided on the best Dr Pousti. I had started looking for the right doctor even before all my weight was gone. My husband wanted me to find someone closer to home and maybe even a little cheaper, so we went to a plastic surgeon near us in Bakersfield . I was so excited to be that close to having my surgery done that I put a 1,000 dollar deposit. when we went home later that day, all I could think about was how i regretted putting that deposit. I told my husband that it was a mistake and that i still wanted Dr Pousti to do my extended tummy tuck. My husband was pretty upset at the fact that he basically just tossed a thousand dollars out the window but when he saw Dr. Pousti's work and he understood his work and results looked much better then the Doctor in Bakersfield. A thousand dollars is nothing compared to having something done to your body that will last a lifetime . It was finally time October 2013 we finely went to see Dr Pousti in San Diego . When I told him all the things i wanted he told me that it would be to much for my body to handle and that we should split the procedure in two separate times and that I would have a better outcome .So I said doctor knows best lets do it. Daisy and Vanessa were so cute I adore them, they helped me with all my questions and concerns, that by the time I saw the doctor most questions and concerns were answered. (Love them) boom as my little girl likes to say.
Surgery day they took so much skin off and tightened my stomach muscles up that even with all the swelling i was flat and tight more than i had ever been, because they went all the way around I could hardly move. If not for my wonderful husband I couldn't have done it, he's a god send. Daisy or Vanessa called every day to see how I was doing and made me feel more like part of a family than a patient. My scar healed very well better than I expected its low and thin very easy to hide. (Hurry).
A year and a couple months after I was ready for my breast lift and augmentation, my breast used to be a full DD but after 4 kids feeding and a husband doing god knows what they went down to a sagging B how depressing. He couldn't go as big as I wanted to, because I opted to have the implant at the same time as the lift, but when they heal i plan to go bigger. Oh I'm 3 week's pre op right now. We went with 495cc silicone, they look pretty dame good my husband says. He cant wait until I have to massage them, he says he will lend me his hands ( Lol ) I'm only 3 weeks out so I'll post some picture's soon . Daisy still call to check on me at 3 1/2 weeks out and ask me how I'm doing, love them and the whole staff is just wonderful.
