Dr. Pousti is the Right Doctor for Me!!! - La Mesa, CA

Well it's been quite awhile since I updated this but better late then never. I'm extremely happy with my outcome. It's been almost 6 months now and I really feel complete now. Doing my augmentation has given me the confidence to try something new and compete in my first bodybuilding competition next May in the figure division. Dr. Pousti was right choosing 440 cc for my body size. My body has been changing dramatically and I'm feeling very proportioned with my breast size and my lower body. I must say my big thing was not wanting to have a unnatural cleavage and even as my body is leaning out it still looks great, not split apart too much. So if your not sure if dr. Pousti is right for you, I was. I have no regrets at all and hey, I never thought I would end up on my fitness journey but I'm loving everyday and I'm really feeling hot now!!!

So it"s been 8 days since my surgery and I'm feeling great. I forgot you let you know about my size. I'm 5'1 120lbs and leading up to my surgery day I had full confidence in Dr. Pousti to pick the right size for my body frame. I wanted a natural full size and I knew silicone was best for me and that was Dr. Pousti suguestion too. He felt with the amount of skin I had 450 cc would be my max for the look I wanted. So when it came down to it I knew he would choose the right size for me. I went into the his office the next afternoon and that was when I got to see that he went with 440 cc. I'm very happy with that size, I'm now healing well I can lift my arms up no problem and I'm starting the massaging to settle the implants into the pockets. They really stressed that is really important during the healing process. I also find it amazing that I have no stitches. I'm a bit of a gym rat and this is the hardest part. No sweating right now but it's all worth it!!!

So yesterday was my big day. I was nervous and mostly excited. As all the preperations started it went very smoothly. All the nurses were nice and very professional. Dr. Pousti was next to come in and always reassures me I'm in good hands and I really knew I was. I really loved that his team was all women. Anyway I really started felling nervus when we walked into the surgery room and I saw everything prepared for me. I think I took 3 deep breaths and I was out. Next thing I was waking up in recovery and a sweet, sweet lady was helping me. I really liked her she made me feel very comfortable. Really I can't complain one bit about my surgery day. We recived a call from doc Pousti that evening to check in and one from the office too. This morning a had a call from the wonderful lady in the recovery center also just checking on me. This was a great experience.
