I'm a 25 yr old mommy of 2.. - Texas, TX

I'm so sicking tired of these drains, I want to snatch them out myself! They honestly hurt like h*ll.. I so wish I would have known by my PS that I would still have these dang things in. I feel stuck just because they cause so much pain while sitting that I feel so miserable. I hoping and praying that I can atleast get 1 taking out by tomorrow.

Today I make 1 week PO :/ I'm not sure how i really feel.. I mean I'm happy that i no longer have a pouch but I guess i'm just tired of being confined to the recliner. I'm soo ready to start moving around and getting abck to my normal routine! I went to see PS yesterday and he said that it would be another week or so with these drains in which sucks monkey balls. My tummy and flanks are so swollen but went i got my binder put on and kept it on all day it made a BIG difference when i took it off to shower this morning. That made me smile :) Now I don't know if i'm suppose to do this or not but today i put my binder on and bought a small girdle and put it on top of the binder and that has helped my back sooo much. I'm completely of the pain meds and muscle relaxers, I only take the blood thinner injections now every night until next week. I also added so pics that shows how swollen I'am.. Wow can't believe its all over.. Couldn't be more happier! I definitely would do it over again if I had too. Today its my hard day I must say. Surgery started at 12 noon yesterday day and went home at 5:45pm. Stayed in recovery for awhile longer due to the pain but that pain is no where near todays pain I'm in.. My back hurts alot from being hunched over and sitting in this recliner. I took a peep at myself and um super swollen but it looks good.. I'm trying not to take so much pain meds so I won't be dependent on it. I also have to start my blood thinner injections later today. Overall I feel ok while sitting only but when u stand if I had to rate my pain I'd say its at an 8 today. I'm typing this from my phone so no way to post pics just yet but I should be able to post some by tomorrow when I get back to my laptop. Ttyl ladies
