I am getting a tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo of my abdomen and flanks. Well I have had 6 beautiful children. Four singletons and a set of twins. The last three with in 14 months of each other. And well my tummy is a bit of a wreck. I also have a super sportive husband who loves me and thinks I'm beautiful no matter what. But I have wanted to do this since I had my first and now that I have had twins, I feel so self conscious about my tummy. My twins are about eight months old and so my mom is going to come over and stay with us to help with the kids while I recover. I am so excited about this. my preop appointment is on February 17th.

Ok well My surgery was rescheduled for Friday the...
Ok well My surgery was rescheduled for Friday the 2nd because the anesthesiologist had a family emergency. So add one more day to the new me!

Happy now you go on my day!! All those kiddos, you do deserve this!!! I am so anxious I would die if the surgery got delayed!!!! LOL

Well it is going well. I think I am recovering...
Well it is going well. I think I am recovering very well. I am 6 days post op and every day is a little better.. My tummy is a lot flatter.:):) the incision sites look pretty gruesome. but that is to be expected. I am up walking pretty well. and am at this point just a bit stooped . that gets better every day.
Welcome!!!I wanted to also mention we have a lot in common.Especially in the children department lol and we are having our surgery on the same day.. So it will be nice to stay in contact and heal together!!! Well good luck!!
