I am getting a tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo of my abdomen and flanks. Well I have had 6 beautiful children. Four singletons and a set of twins. The last three with in 14 months of each other. And well my tummy is a bit of a wreck. I also have a super sportive husband who loves me and thinks I'm beautiful no matter what. But I have wanted to do this since I had my first and now that I have had twins, I feel so self conscious about my tummy. My twins are about eight months old and so my mom is going to come over and stay with us to help with the kids while I recover. I am so excited about this. my preop appointment is on February 17th.

Ok well My surgery was rescheduled for Friday the 2nd because the anesthesiologist had a family emergency. So add one more day to the new me!

Well it is going well. I think I am recovering very well. I am 6 days post op and every day is a little better.. My tummy is a lot flatter.:):) the incision sites look pretty gruesome. but that is to be expected. I am up walking pretty well. and am at this point just a bit stooped . that gets better every day.

The dr also removed several moles while he was in the operating room. I woke up and noticed that I had a few band aids in places that I didn't remember talking about. and then I realized that they where in the places that I had moles . I thought bonus!:) I think he did it because he had to reschedule
for the next day. I'm not complaining!:)

Two weeks post op I am feeling pretty good, I have an appointment today with PS to get the stitches removed from my belly button.
My mom goes home tonight so I will be on my one with my kiddos during the day.
Still pretty swollen and need to watch how much I do ever day. defenently not my self yet but it gets better day by day.

10 weeks post op i am feeling pretty good. I have been running again witch I did before. and did 3 miles yesterday YAY ME!! as far as excercise gose I am not doing abs yet and any thing that uses the core a lot. I probably could but I am a little afraid and don't want to over do it. I still get a bit swolen in the evening. Especially when I over do it. whitch is quite often. I am pretty much doing every thing that I was before with my daily rotine with the kids and house work ext.... I LOVE my new body and feeling comfortable in my cloths. my recovery has gone well as far as recoverys go. My abs still feel a bit tight and funny and they ache a bit when I over do it. as well as the incision. But most of the time there is no pain.
