I am 44, I workout 5 x a week , but cannot tighten my abs. Even did the P90 X for the 12 weeks with the abs workout daily and still no difference. I have 1 child (12) and I have wanted this for years. I love my Dr. as he did my BL/BA a year ago. I am nervous as heck. I have read a ton of your posts. I thank you for all the advise. Ready for tomorrow. I wish my husband was a little more positive. I think after he see's the new me he will be on board.

I have known him for over 10 years. He operated on my ex husband when he had emergency surgery and did my BL/BA a year ago. I have recommended him to friend who have all had positive experiences.
