i'm 3 week's 4 days post-opt and im felling kindda blue today i read everyons post and everyone swelling is going down they have lil flat bellies and and here i am the same as i was 2 weeks ago all swollen and round from the bottum of my ribs down to my hips i know i am some smaller but at the same time i cant even snap my old jean's not even close i guess thats why im blue

Ok!!!!! Today mark's 4 week's (1 month).
WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today I noticed that some swelling has started going down and I can see the start of a 6 pack .
My super wonderful husband is looking at me like a ribeye steak with all the trimming's . Man it feel's good ! I'm posting new pic's today . And TY Ladies for all the up lifting word of encariagement I could not have kept it together with out all your help and great post and pic's . I'm so glad this page is here .I hope that some how we are helping all the ladies out there, that are going through or thinking about going through what we have. Because this was a very big step for most of us and will be for minny ladies / men to come after us . All I can say to anyone that might read this is keep you head up and just think about how great you'll look after it;s all done and do what your doctor's tell you to do they know best thats why they get the big $$$$$$$$

I'm so HAPPY!!!!!!
I got up this morning and was looking for a pair of paint for the day. I tried on 6 or 8 and none of them fit .
They was so big on me ! I just knew I was dreaming . My wonderful husband just looked at me and said . " Baby Girl It's Time" He took me to the Mall and I tried on about 15 pair of paint's / jean's and finely a pair fit . Not to tight not to lose just right.
The hole time I never looked at the sizes . I let my husband pick them out for me . With him knowing what size I was before . I maid him tell me what size they was and when he did I about hit the floor and I started crying. I was a size 22/24 before because of all the hanging skin. As of today I am a size 12 . And I am still swollen and I'm still crying BUT!!!!!IT'S A SIZE 12 !!!!!! WOO HOOOOOOOOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 6 week today and i feel really good . healing nicely for the most part a lil step back . I started smoken again and i had busted some stitches in my first week so the smoken attacked that spot and it looks nasty but it not to bad I see my PS tomorrow Jan 18 2012 and I'll find out if I have to wear this CG any more I'll post more latter's God Bless you all with good healings

Ok! I just got home from my 6 week post op appt . My PS said I'm healling nicly and the spot I tour open in my first week that i thought was all funked up cause i started smoken again PS said that the couple cigg's i didnt do that . I had a larg peace of fat that died and he cut it out today and in 4 to 6 week PS is going to re open that spot and sew it back together nice and tight like the rest so that it will be nice and sexy like the rest of it . I'm felling so much better. I do who ever have to pack the hole every day after my morning shower and the is going to strange for me but my hubby is always right there to help so we'll get it done one way or another .oh and i get to stop wearing my CG ... I'm free ... lol ... it feels so good to know i dont need it anymore

Ok today i am posting the picks of my open wound that i have to pack every day . It look really nasty but the PS said it is beautiful and healing super good on Feb 13 2012 I'll be going in to have all the scare it forms cut out and re-sew it back together so that i have a nice line across my tummy

got dressed and today I got in to a size 10 jean's. WOOHOO!!!!! I am still getting smaller...and yes my hubby is still looking at me like a ribeye steak boy he stay's hungry all the time ...lol...and i love it .

I know tomorrow is my 7 week post op pic day but my hubby is so excited about the way my tummy is looking he is taken pics and showing it off to everyone he knows . So I'm posting a day sooner this week . I am felling great and PS said im doing awesome and soon PS will be fixing the hole so no worries . All is comen together just not as fast as everyone eals is but we all have to doing thing a lil diff from the last person hope you all enjoy the new pic's .

My scare is starting heal went in today had it looked at PS said it is doing what it is posed to do and healing from inside out. Hopefuly by FEB 13 my next apt he can cut out the scar and re-sew it. That I can start healing yet again . I'm looking foreword to it . I really want to get healed up for this summer . We have a big trip planed to go see some of his family that I have never meat before .

Today is day 52 or week 7 week's 3 day's . I took my measurement's on day 1 minute's before my surgery under my bust i was48 under my ribs i was 48 around the BB i was 57 and around my hips i was 58 these are my PS measurement's. Today I measured myself. and WOW!!! what a change .under my bust from a48 to a 40 3/4 ribs 46 to a 43 around my BB 57 to a 43 and around my hip's 58 to a 44 1/2. I just cant believe it what a change in shapethat is a 39 3/4 inches gone and my weight day of surgery was 254 lbs and to day im at 226 lbs a weight lose of 28 lbs . I'm felling so good now about it all was getting scared about the swelling thinking I was not getting any smaller . i wont weigh again tell my 3 month marker or do any measuring . My PS told me I could start some walking and very light uper body work outs but with this opened wound i cant do any binding crunches or twisting So last night I got out the Wii and my Just Dance 3 Game and went to it I did 16 song's/ Dances/ 1 1/2 hrs of dancing and only moved my uper body I put a space heater in front of my on high and boy did I sweat I'm getting happy abut the way I look and fell . I'm Just getting to do it a little later then most of you . Wish me luck cause my goal is to lose 61 more lbs that will put me at 165 lbs and that is a great weight for me as I'm real tall at 5'10" tall. I desided not to get a breast life cause of money and also I think I have more than enuff boob for me and 3 other women at 40 DDD I got the boob and they don't look bad in a bra ...lol . Posting some new pic's in cloth's this time . I noticed I could see more of the changes when I'm dressed.

Today mark's my 8 week's post-op and like every Tues I am posting my pic's . As you can see Iam still packing my wound .But what yall cant see is how small it has gotten the last two weeks . Well I only have two weeks tell I go in to have it fixed .I'm hoping that this well be the end of it other than just my normal check ups .

Ok I'm 8 week post op and today I was going through my pre op cloth's was going to get rid of them they are way way way to big now with me at a size 10 now and there size 24 . But I changed my mind . Cloth's cost lot's of money and I just dont Have it to spend right now so I got out my sewing machine and went to work . I cut up 4 size 2X T's and turned them in to two cute summer dresses . I am posting pic's of them just cause I want to show of my re-cycled fat girl cloth's

Ok I am 43 Y/O and have 44 DD breast and i have had back and shoulder for 20 plus year's i am really think about having breast redction done has any one had this done and do any of you know if my medicare will cover it would like to see pic's if any of you have had it done If my medicare wont pay for it what kind of $$$$ am i looking at having to pay

Ok Ladies I just posted my 11 week Post-op pic's for all to see. and I have a lil sum sum to share with you all . First off I had just put on my kinny to take these pics and my 27 Y/O son walked in to my room I was siting on the side of my bed he ask what was wrong so i unloaded i told he i thought i had mad a big mistake getting my TT and he ask why so i told him it was cause because of my streach mark's he smiled and hugged me and sead so what and i told him they was just ugly scares that that was when he knock me for a loop and Mama those are not ugly scares those are the beautiful strips of a sexy wild tiger . i had to lol cause he ended by saying i was to damn young to be a old cougar and to wild to be a lil house cat and with my strips it only left one thing and was a sexy wild tiger I just had to share that with all my lady friends out there just remember ladies we are sexy wild tiger's gurrrrrrrrrrrrrrr purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Feb 28 3 month check up didn't go the way I had hoped
Up dating I went in to my PS and you guessed it he still wont do the surgery to close up this wound said it is still to deep But said it is starting to heal much faster and it is very clean and set me up to go back in on March 12 PS said by then it will be healed enuff to do the surgery needed to remove all the deep scaring from this open wound has left behind and he said i will prob have to wear my CG for a couple of weeks while it heals up because he is going to have to cut deep and about 55% of the the scare will have to be removed all across the front of my tummy plez keep your fingers crossed for my that this next appointment will be the one i get fixed up in

13 weeks P/O I have some new pic's for this week and I still have my finger's crossed that March 12 when I go back to see my PS he'll be able to do the SRS and close up this wound in some of the pic's i'm posting you can see how small the wound has gotten seance Week 6 P/O . I'm starting to see some changes in my shape and I am Quit happy . also getting a lil scare of the SRS I know i am still numb and PS will nubm some more but the scary part is the healling all over again but it is all worth it in the long run .. My hubby is so loven my PS he keeps saying he want to shake his hand for such a good job even went so far as to say we needed to send him a gift basket ...lol my hubby is a funny guy

ok today is March 12 and i just got home from my PS office and guess what no SRS today PS said the i am healing great and really fast but i still have about a month of packing this open wound before anything can be done . My PS and I talked in depth today and we have disided that we are going to wait 6 months after the wound is commpletly closed up to do the SRS that way the scare has enuf time to soften up and it wont cause any kind of distortion in my muscles or pubic line and will still be able to be covered up by a bikini

it has been a ruff road with my TT but my PS said i can finely start working out and go back to my dite still cant lift over 35# and i get to go back in Oct for my SRS ....sad part is the amount of scare to be removed is almost the hole this dam i realy hope its not as ruff as the TT

ok 4 months and 2 week post-op yes most of you know i was 254 lbs when i went in for my FTT and i said i wold weigh in at 3 moths but lift has been a lil busy so here it is I'm getting on the scale's ..........Woo Hoo !!!!!!! ok here it is 195 lb's that is 59 lb's lost thank you GOD!!!!!!! I'm all most to where I want to to witch is 160 lb's only 35 more lb's to go and I'm given myself tell my birth day Aug 9 to drop it I can do it ....For most of you that is not a small woman but I'm 5 foot 10inches tall that's just a lil taller than most women I know .. any smaller than that and I look sick so wish me luck .. and i pray for good healing and no swelling for all you beautiful ladies out there enjoy life and God bless

I had to go i to my PS office today ....I woke up this morning haven pain in my TT scare it has been closed up for about 3 weeks now and i thought we thought ( PS and I ) it was healed up for good ..but this morning it busted open and this whiteish and red stuff started running out it in mass amounts ... My PS has to re-open the wound . PS said the opening closed before the deep parts had healed and that it had no place to drain out so I'm back to having to pack this wound plezz TT sisters keep me in your prayers
