Hi I'm 24 years old with no kids and don't plan on having kids until I'm 30 years old. I've always been on the heavy side but I hold my weight well. I just want to for once be able to put on a swim suit and feel completely comfortable. Which I don't now. I've had the option of trying to loose weight before my procedure , but it's really hard for me to loose weight and keep it off.i love to eat. Im having a tummy tuck , lipo of my sides and my arm area ... Is this a good option for me ... At 208 pounds ?

So today , I've started my real diet : I've darted by drinkin the lean milkshake for a meal replacement . I was taking the adipex pills but I stopped because I learnt that they can put hole in your heart. So I need Lists of healthy meals . I'm trying to do the salad thing but I really don't care for salads. Does anyone have any other options on fatburners or other healthy ways to loose weight , besides hydroxycut ?

I'm doing pretty good today , I've been eating healthy . Good dinner and I've decided to take a couple more of the adepex pills , only 4 more though . They cause serious weight loss. But other than that I'm doing fine , a little nervous and have a month to go !! I'm so excited ! I think once I get it done I'll be more motivated to work out ! I just hate that scarring ! So does the silicon scarring work ?

Hi everyone , lately ive been doing good on my diet . been eating healthy , and not taking anymore diet pills being that my day is getting ready to be coming up really soon. i actually went out and bought some new t shirts and bras today ready for my surgery to come and go ... but i do have a quick question for those who have already had their surgery .. I go to have my surgery done on May 7 , do you think i will be well enough to go to Meomorial Day weekened in Miami??? I really hope so . try to respond to this soon =-) thanxxxx

Finally over and I feel great ! Not as much pain as I thought ! I'm gla real self helped me through the whole way ! I hope I can help someone ! My results look good ... Still a lot of bruising on y arms where I got lipo at . My companion has been Hey sis , I'm doing good . Hey everyone I'm looking great but not really doing so great. They switch my Meds and I been in pain lately. Only where the incision is. Last week I was just fine. Is this normal. Like it hurts si bad when I get out the bed or when I have to walk berg far distances. Other then that I'm okay. My doctor constantly checks on me. Ive had doctors appointments every week since my surgery. I guess. I'm only post op 11 days so I should be hurting .... idk

hi my real self family , im 16 days post op and i hace good news and bad news . So i was checking out my stomach the other day and i said this swelling is not going down so this must be fluid . Low and behold I went to the doctor today and thats exactly what it was . I feel better that he got rid of some of it , but i go back tomorrow to have more of it drained out. I feel so much better , but this headache is killing me . I swear if its not one thing its another. Just let me know if anyone had to go through something simlar... thanks

Hello everyone so today is my 3 week post op , and boy I tell you I feel like giving up . My head keeps hurting , I had this fluid running down my leg , My Ps had to make a opening in my front incision to keep the fluid coming out so that I wont keep bloating . So somehow , on my right side where I had a blister from my garment being to tight , it has created a small hole so that the fluid can come out , so now that is really looking gross . I love love love m results , I just wish I would stop leaking and opening up all over the place. I called my ps last night and he told me , thats what we wanted was the fluid to be able to come out my body and dont worry about how it looks because he could fix anything . I absolutly love dr fee , because the last pask week i have seen him everyday . and im gonna be the first one to see him when this weekend is over , im trying to see if anyone else went through this same thing or why do i keep having headaches ! someone HELP plz.

@sexysoulsister thanks hun , I'm going to try not to worry. @sue1963 I'll definitely have to tryout the massage ... When I'm at work I'm sitting down I'm never standing up not even to sweep up the hair off the floor someone helps me . I think the headaches come from dehydration with the fluid that is coming out of my body. But I'm okay not the fluid drips are kinda going away , I just keep drinking water and staying padded up. I'm not gonna look to much into it because then I will get worried. So hopefully when I go to the doctor tomorrow I have good news. Or something

Hi London, your headaches may be due to you working. Your are standing cutting hair for 4-5 hours at a time and having to use your arm and shoulders. If you core isn't up to 100% your arms and shoulders are over compensating for this and the result may be your carrying to much tightness and stress in them. Which goes up your neck straight to your head. I suggest deep breathing in a calm environment and pulling them back and down and holding that position as long as you can to try and release pent up stress. You could try You and a Indian head, neck and shoulder massage. It may do the trick. Also you may want to try acupuncture which I am a HUGE fan of! I know this things work because I have suffered chronic pain from all kinds of aliments and change of posture, massage and acupuncture took care of 90% of it were Drs and specialist failed me! Give it a try!

Sorry to hear about the fluid, I know it's hard but try not to worry. Make sure you aren't feverish and do keep in touch with your doc. I'm also praying, get some rest and try not to do too much.

hi london .i was gonna say the same, is there any meds that you are taking that has side affects of headakes,i no when i had my last c.cection they gave me two diff pain meds to take and when i took them together i soon came to realize thats what was giving me the headake!! you look amazing and i hope you get better soon so you can enjoy your results!

@blue eyes Thank you and no I'm not taking any meds right now , I was thinking because I had to get that fluid removed that's maybe why it it's hurting ! I hope I get well soon because this is so aggravating . I don't like to be bruised al up , but let's just pray I get better this week . Thanks

@pocahontas12 hey no I'm not taking percocet anymore because I'm not really in pain. I hope it gets better because I have been having these headaches quite frequently .

Hi, sorry to hear of the draining but you need all that out and if your PS is there for you then you should not worry, in regards the headaches are you taking percocet? one of the side effects is headaches not everybody get them but it could happen so maybe change it to soemething else (motrin, tylenol), hope you get better just make sure to wash you are touching your incision to clean it , good luck!

It's hard waiting for the swelling to settle but trust me it gets so much better! I'm approaching 2 months and I can't believe how flat I am! You will be so happy! You look great already and it only gets better!
