I am 2 1/2 days post op. I had Breast Implant Removal/Revision 600cc Saline to Silicone 800cc hp under muscle. I am extremely happy with my results. I woke up wearing a strap and a sports bra. The strap was connected to some belt thingy... LOL and then strapped so tight over the new girls. I removed it to shower and I think I put it on wrong? It is not comfortable at all but I will do what he says!
I would do this again in a heartbeat... with the same doctor... same staff... every time. I went back to him because he is the best. There are so many options out there but only ONE choice, Dr. Wallace.
As I said before, Dr. Wallace also performed a Tummy Tuck on me in June of 2012. I cannot explain how all of this has changed my life.I have posted pictures. You be the judge. He will not disappoint! Best decision I ever made ;-)

Are these 800cc? Can you post a picture of how you looked with 600cc I'm afraid of going to big, I have 425 right now but would like to increase it! And I'm undecided on how much more to go for

I'd like to know about the pain and recovery of you tt. Considering it but after my ba 10 years ago under the muscle the pain was so bad and I heard the tt is worse. Can't go thru that much pain again!

what was your starting size ? is it possible to go from and a to a d cup ? thnnnx

Hi Pinky...fyi I went from b cup to DD with no problem...just a little tightness for about 3 weeks. Best to ask about your chest width when deciding on size and type of implant as saline sits differently on chest wall than silicone & the higher the profile with silicone the more narrow the implant.

I went from a 34b-dd/ddd with 500 cc implant. They say you'll add about a cup size with each 200cc increment. Definitely talk to your surgeon and see what he feels is the most reasonably attainable size for you.

When you went up in size did in between your breasts hurt or feel a little discomfort at all? I went from 300cc to 650 cc three weeks ago. Just slight pain in the middle and my right breast is still high and tight. I’m so impatient with results :)

So I'm going for my revision next month..how much pain were u in the first week after?

The pain was not bad at all. I've had multiple surgeries and the pocket was already there. The very first BA is always the worst. The transition was quite easy. Good luck & happy healing.

Wow...you have amazing cleavage!!!

Wow! Lookin GOOD baby!!! They fit you perfectly!! Your PS did an awesome job!!

Congratulations! That's great you've found a PS you really feel comfortable with. How long ago was your first BA? Did you get a revision due to complications or were you just seeking larger breasts? Did you ever figure out if you put the strappy thing back on correctly after your shower? Take it easy while you're healing and keep us posted!
Yes, you do have awesome cleavage! I checked out your TT review and love your 1 year post op photo. Had you lost a lot of weight? The contrast between your before and after photos are amazing. Do you have any pre op boob photos from 2001?
