WORTH IT$2,000
DRAINS ARE OUT!! yipppppeeeeee! I was anticipating it being super painful so I was pleasantly surprised when it didn't hurt at all and just felt strange! Im supposed to be in my ace wrap for the next 4 weeks, so that sucks! I will wear a sports type bra on some days when wearing an ace wrap looks silly! Any body know how to get these suckers to firm up???

I hope your blisters are healed and you are continuing to feel better. You mentioned your "boobs" we're huge so I'm thinking your husbands comment was somewhat accurate. I don't think most of us realize how much weight or bigger the implants made us look. I am thin and my implants looked ridiculous on me, as if I would topple over at any minute. One of the quickest ways to lose weight is to have your implants removed......enjoy the new slimmer you!!

I have my post op tomorrow and cross my fingers I will get the drains taken out!! They are so annoying! Turns out I was allergic to the surgical tape so now I have a few big blisters along my crease and under my breast. I think if I had gone into surgery thinking that this procedure was going to be painful that I would now be thinking "this isn't so bad" but I went into it thinking that it was going to be easy and a walk in the park. My breasts feel tender and sore, the drains hurt/burn, and the blisters itch! So fingers crossed that tomorrow at this time I will be drain free!!

Did you get the drains out? I agree they are annoying! What kind of tape did you have? I'm allergic to that fabric type and they do that to me, so you have my sympathy. Hope you have a good recovery.

Well, I am home and all ace bandaged up and have drains. Boo. My back is so sore, I thinks because I sleep on my tummy/side usually and with these drains it was hard to sleep on my side. Surgery went well and I home today with my kids. I took a vicodin when I got home yesterday but haven't taken them since. Yesterday I felt like I had been hit by a sleep truck with both vicodin and anesthesia still in my system. I am feeling more awake and with it today! I cant wait to take these stupid drains out be able to adjust the ace wrap, it is TIGHT! I am supposed to go to work tomorrow but with these bulky drains I may just do a 1/2 day or call in completely. My husband told me that I look like I lost 30 lbs. Lol, not sure if thats a compliment or not! lol

hope you are recovering well. I agree that just putting in bigger implants seems silly. Hope the drains come out soon and you can start to enjoy your new natural self.
You must be feeling much better now after your surgery. I too had my ancient silicone rocks removed almost 4 months ago and couldn't be happier! My doctor too recommended to have them removed and wait for at least 6 months to let the tissues heal and see if anything else needs to be done.
Since I am in my 50's, I am NOT going to do anything else ever; no lift, no fat transfers and NEVER a new implant! My breasts look a bit saggy, but that's o.k., nothing compares to this natural feeling and the joy of sleeping on my tummy again.
Your breasts will firm up a little bit over time, just be patient, it takes time to get used to your "new" breasts as they recover from the trauma!
Take care and best wishes, keep us posted!
