It will be a week tomorrow that I had my BA done....

It will be a week tomorrow that I had my BA done. It has been an up and down roller coaster of emotions. The first 3 days were so painful, but almost a week I'm starting to feel much better. Still a lot of tightness. Did anyone experience soreness on the sides? So painful!! I was an A cup and probably will end up with a small C. (I'm really really hoping) Will they get much smaller then what they are now? I got 300cc under the muscle through the armpit. (very painful) I wish my doctor would have put 50cc more, that would have been perfect. I hope eventually I will grow to love them, but right now I just regret not getting them a little bigger. What I expressed to my doctor is what he did, I just didn't realize that they would look so small. My Doctor was wonderful and I would recommend him to everyone. Although very painful the first couple of days, it was worth it and I would do it again. I'm wondering if it would be worth it later to go back and get 50cc more, to make them just a little bigger??!! I will post some pics later.

I went with silicone, I wanted more of a natural look. Going under the muscle and getting the silicone you will achieve that. People have said how good and natural looking they look. To get that full circle look you would use saline and go ontop of the muscle. It all depends on the look you are going for. Just really talk to your doc and make sure he understands the look and size you are wanting to achieve. My doc was awesome, although I could have gone just a tad bigger, not much but a little more. I am a c cup but a full C would have been perfect. But I am enjoying what I have and am just thankful that I had no complications and that they look pretty awesome. It's been a month since last friday, doc said I am doing well. He gave me the go ahead to start running and basicly doing what ever exercise I want. I put on a good sports bra and did my first run last friday, felt awesome. I am back to crossfit now and starting to use light weight, doing planks and everything. Being very careful still, you just have to listen to your body and know your limits. Haven't done a full push-up, still hurts to do that. But other then that I am feeling pretty good. I will say the more you move around the better, it hurts really bad but you don't want your muscles to get real stiff. The first 3-4 days were horrible, but once you get past that it's easy sailing. I did experience some discomfort on my sides but I do have quite a bit of side boob (which I wanted LOL).

Did you happen to take Valium and arnica and all that good stuff? Cause honestly your scaring me a bunch! I have yet to have my procedure done!

Hi Lymiedoll, I took all my meds and used arnica gel. The first day is the worst. After that its just trying to sleep comfortably. That's the worst for me. I'm 4 days post op and they are softening up. Pretty happy about that. :)

Lymie - I took Arnica pills starting 3 days pre op and continued for 1 1/2 weeks post op. I also used the Arnica gel/cream to rub on my sure muscles and bruises and began Bromelain at 1 1/2 weeks out for inflammation. For the first 4-5 days after surgery I took Vicodin and Valium and RESTED (the most important thing). I did not have a lot of pain and had an easy recovery. Valium is a muscle relaxer and between my rest and taking my meds, I had a very smooth recovery. My only advice is don't be a hero - even though I felt ok, I didn't push myself to do anything. 1 week after my surgery I was working from home and actually productive. I was in a little daze the first few days post op between the anesthesia and the meds. Good luck! xoxo =)

Lymie I didn't take arnica, I had no bruising at all. I did take Valium because I found the tightness in my muscles so severe. I totally agree with no more boob envy, rest is THE most important thing, you will be fine don't worry just keep on top of your pain meds even if you feel less pain keep taking them that first week. Each day gets better. Be prepared with all the meds you need & Valium & have your house clean, linen changed, meals ready etc. you just have to kind of hibernate that first week. It is worth it though :)

Hey NoMore, I used the Arnica gill. Do you think I should get the pills? I'm using the Valium and muscle spasms. Once I finish the Valium, I will use my Vicodin if needed. It's been an interesting ride. I do hope my boobs look like yours. I got 533 cc silicone unders. :)

Okay coolness that one comment got me all kinds of scared!!!! Thanks ladies... It is soo nice having y'all here to ease my fears cause I still have til may!!!! So my mind can have fun w me!!! Lol!!!!!

Looking good Huck! You got similar size to mine & I totally get your wishing you went bigger, I do too. I was almost considering begging my PS to redo them & go a little bigger. Like you I got exactly what I asked for, subtle, natural. But I imagined they would look a bit bigger. I can't afford to go again so I have to remember what I had before & I do love them, most days... I think the surgeons should explain better to us that you loose a little cc under the muscle & to go slightly bigger then what you want. Oh well!! Enjoy them anyway you're doing great ;)

They should, agree with that. I noticed with mine, that once they started to settle down they filled out a little more. They look bigger now then they did the first couple days after surgery. But like some of my friends said its better to wish you went bigger then to be to big. We can still enhance them with a great victoria secret bra. I'm wearing a 34c, with the memory foam, so its not thick padding like I use to wear. Plus I don't have bra gap anymore. Yeah!!

Hi Huck, 50 cc's isn't that much bigger babe. You look great. Once the swelling goes down, you can wear push up bra's to make them bigger. You look great sweetie. :)

When I go to lay on my side it feels like the implant is pulling. It hurts plus feels weird. In the morn is the worst!!

I had to wait 4 weeks before I could sleep on my side .. I'm a side sleeper so you can imagine how many restless nights of sleep I got! Give it some more time girl! ;o)

I know, don't you hate that!!! Especially since there is nothing you can do right now. I know my hubby would not want to pay for me to get them bigger right now, not after putting out all that money. Probably the only way for me to get them bigger is when I have to replace them, I can't imagine going under anytime soon, after all that pain and recovery time. I am looking forward to spring break!! I posted some pic's.

Love your pics!! I think I'm just through a phase of not having "perfect" boobs and it seems like everyone else's look great and also unless I am in a freaking bikini top you can't tell I had my boobs done! Again, probably for the best, but goodness I have 457 ccs - just thought they would be a little bit more noticable in clothes. Everything happens for a reason .. it is WAY better than what I had and I'm thankful I am healthy ;P

Hey Huck, my hubby is the same. I know he won't pay out for an increase. So, even though he is concerned I will like pornoish...I'm going bigger! I'm calling tomorrow and greeting them increased to the next size. Right now I'm getting 533 cc under muscle. The next size up should give me that full 34D I want. I'm sure the hubby isn't going to complain that they are to big. Like a man would ever say that! Right? :).

That's what I keep telling myself, I had no issues, everything is going well so I'm thankful and happy about that. You have to just look at your before pic's and think of how much better you look now. I looked at mine at my 1 wk check up, it was a huge difference and it looks so much better. I think each day I love them more!!!

It's hard to really know. Everyone's chest cavity is different. I was looking at people's pics and thinking wow 250cc is huge. But I got 300cc and that put me at a 34c, smaller C, but I still fill up the cup completly. I was reading that every 200cc is a breast size, and depending what you have now will kind of help determine what the outcome will be. It's so important to really let your doc know what your goal is. I'm athletic so I didn't want to lose that in a lot of boobs. I told my doc full b small C and I really got what I had asked for. But I guess I was thinking they would have looked a little bigger. My sister was an Ac (like me) and she got 435cc and she is a 34D, her's look really big compared to mine. So idk you might be looking at a DD if you go up more. But it's important to get what you want cause you can't redue it. I guess for me it's better to be a little smaller then I wanted then to be so big it would get in the way of me working out. I'm a huge crossfitter and runner, so big ones might have gotten in the way.
