It's been 3 1/2 weeks and I love my new boobies and my belly! Wish I really would have opted for the lipo b/c I have extra fat in my flanks and thighs I want to get rid of :( Oh well, nothing exercise and eating right can't help! I'm so lucky that I felt this was so easy for me. Hardly never in pain except an aching back from walking hunched over. I've been off pain meds for about 2 weeks now. I'm using mederma on my scars and my belly button is almost healed. Doing the exercises for my implants. My doctor is as thrilled with my results as I am and he has me on his website as "Patient of the Month"!!! I'm Ms. May...hahaha. Really just need to start working out...I would love to drop 15 pounds :(

Day 5 Postop and everything is going perfectly!!! Last night we went to my sister in laws for dinner and had a great time. I slept in my bed for the first time and was sore when I woke up this morning. I think it's because when I was in my recliner, I would take a pain pill around 3 in the morning, but i slept all through the night. I took a pain pill when I woke up in the morning and I feel great. I even cleaned and vacuumed my house yesterday. I'm afraid I am going to do too much so I'm going to take it easy today and just color easter eggs with my 3 girls :) I have a question about what bras to wear. I have the surgical bra I got from my PS but can I wear another type of bra? I forgot to ask my PS. If anything, I'll call on Monday. I bought a sports bra (34D) and it is filled out great!!!! but it fastens in back and has soft cups in it. Is that ok or should I just wear the surgical bra? I love my boobs. I keep playing with them! lol Belly is still swollen, but I know that's going to take awhile to go down. I can't help but look in the mirror and love my tummy and boobs, but I cannot stand my legs! I wish I would have lipoed them when I had the chance. There is so much cellulite on them and i have saddle bags!! I hate that I pic myself apart. Wish I could just be happy for what looks good. I'll just have to work on those legs when I start feeling better!

it's great to hear you are doing great. Thanks for the updates!! Also, glad to hear your drains came out so quickly. Ive seen so many people have to wait atleast a week to get them out. Even my PS said that it will most likely be a week. Can't wait to see after pics. Kudos to you that everything is going smoothly :)
I figured it would be a lot longer for the drains too but I was only draining about 20ccs every 24 hours!
Did you have a benelli lift? How did you like it?
What's a beneli lift??? I guess I didn't have that then. Lol.
Haha, it's also called a donut lift. It's where the scar is only around the areola (no vertical scar).
Actually no lift was really necessary. They removed some of my areola which kinda lifted my breast and then placed the implant over muscle which helped lift too.
Yes, I think that is what a benelli is. How do you like the results? I might have to do that as a revision surgery.
Hey there, I'm in illinois too and was wondering if you could tell me where at ( the doctor) in illinois you had this done? I am a 34 year old mother of 4 who is badly wanting this MM done! I am trying to convince my fiance that it will help my slef esteem EXTREMELY! He thinks its a mental issue but i know the mental issue is because of how i look physically. I got turned down for financing because of my credit and I really need him to be on board with me so we can use his credit. I looked into Dr. Koo, she is in St. Louis. Your photos look good and I wanna make sure I dont leave the hospital looking worse than when i went in!! Any info on docs you have I would appreciate. Still real new to all this. :)
I got this done in Springfield IL and my doctor was Dr. Robert Russell. He's been a plastic surgeon for over 20 years. I feel sooooo great after I got this done and I think any woman, if able to, should get this done! Dr. Russell uses Care Credit. Theres a website and you can apply online for it. Good luck!!!!

so im 3 days post op and i feel fantastic! Went to the PS today and he removed my drains and all my dressings and covered incisions with steri strips. I go back in a week. He was thrilled with results, as was I. I went to the store to get some more sports bras. I bought a 34D and it fits perfect. I wouldn't have minded a little bigger, but I do like what I have. Will they get bigger or smaller? I went with my husband pick up the kids from school, went to the mall to get new bras and was picking up around the house. I had to make myself get into my recliner because I don't want to over do it. I've been drinking water all day b/c I heard someone say it might help with the swelling. My belly is still very swollen. I wonder what the final result will look like. I'll try to post pics soon!
