I don't..... I wear waiste trainer and still wear compression garment. without the compression garments I am fine just flat tummy it's still swollen I can feel it in the inside just a little tender

its a better compression cincher for waist training Ann cherry black latex the color ones are mainly used to exercise if you use some albolene with a plastic wrap and then put your blue one one and exercise you will feel the difference !!!!! I love you results from lipo You go girl !!!
