The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that office nurses also were in the operating room – so they knew what happened. This allowed for excellent follow up care. My situation was a combination of medical and cosmetic so I appreciated that Dr. LoMonaco took what insurance would pay on the medical part of the procedure. Dr. LoMonaco explained what will and may happen and there were not any surprises. I am very happy with the results and will visit this group again for skin maintenance.
