Patented LipoTuck Procedure After Gastric Bypass, LOVE My New Stomach! - Houston, TX

After months of research, my husband and I chose a patented procedure called the LipoTuck performed by Dr. Ahmadi in Houston, Texas. I had lost 100 pounds after a Gastric Bypass performed two years prior to visiting Dr. Ahmadi's office. When I went in for my consultation I was already 100% ready for the surgery. The morning of surgery my husband walked me into the surgical center and Sophie took over from there. My husband was able to wait in the office waiting room while I was surgery, the procedure took six hours to complete. I was very nauseaus on the car ride home, a lot of dry heaving took place. I was bandaged up like a mummy, good thing about Dr. Ahmadi's procedure is that he does not use drains so I did not have to deal with that again ( I had one with the gastric bypass). The first night was very bloody, each time I got up to use the restroom bloody liquid would pour from the tiny holes in my abdomen, this is completely normal and only happens the first day. Other than that my recovery was smooth sailing, I had little pain due to the fact that my whole entire abdomen was full of anesthetics that kept me numb for a long time. The only feeling I had was the tightness. Bruising looking horrific from all of the lipo, but healed quickly. I had to wear a special garmet for 6 weeks to help with the swelling, it went from my mid-calf all the way up to just below my breasts and had suspenders to keep it up. This garmet became my protector, I felt vulnerable and unsafe when I took it off to shower and wash it. The tightness the garmet provides made me feel protected and safe somehow, even though I absolutely hated it.

My incision line is absolutely beautiful, just perfection. It is perfectly straight all around my body and has healed wonderfully.
