After years of contemplating gynecomastia surgery, I finally did it and am very happy that I selected Dr. Lomonaco as my surgeon. He was very knowledable, discussed the procedure at length, shared photos and was there to listen to any questions I had. His staff was also very nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable on the day of surgery with him and happy with the results thus far! Not sure if it was his skills, but I was hardly in any pain after my surgery.
