I'm 40 years old, single and no kids. I have been wanting to have a breast reduction done for years but I was advised to wait until I have kids, but that never happened! So, I finally got tired of waiting and enduring the back and neck pains, looking disproportioned, tired of clothes not fitting properly!! So I finally had it done on jan 30th, 2014, and thank God. I was about at 40DDD and 36F/G ( measured in 2 other bras. I'm hoping to be a 36 C once all swelling has subsided.

They look nice and perky firm!

They will soften and drop a bit in the next few weeks. That is when they start feeling/looking a bit more natural.

The first week it is like you are wearing a push-up bra, without wearing any bra - I was sort of disappointed when mine softened and dropped some :) You look fantastic. Good luck with your recovery :)

Well, I am only at 4 1/2 weeks, so I assume they haven't finished dropping, but I would say that around 2 weeks there was a noticeable difference from the height they had immediately post-op.
