I had my TT with Lipo and lipo on my upper and lower back this past Wednesday 2/16/2016...I thought that the pain afterwards was going to be unbearable. I was wrong. The hardest part was getting up and moving around because of the medications. I love my doctor, he was very supportive and understanding.
I have my follow up care Monday. I will post before and after pictures..

I went to my follow up today and he said that I look great but I had to keep the drains in because of the amount of stomach that was removed. It was at least 20 pds total. It was 1500 cc lipo that was taken from my upper and lower back. I know that I am going to be swollen for a months. But so far pain is min to none and happy with results.

Is it normal to have swelling at about 5 weeks after my tt. And it more on my right side I thought maybe because I am right handed. Can some please help me. He took off at least 15 pds of stomach and 1500cc of fat from the lipo

So far so good. My PS says my scar looks really amazing. But I do have swelling above my navel which by the way look unreal. I guess I haven't really seen it in the last 10 years,lol. He has released me to start exercising. I really need to start because I have not been having any energy. But I am happy about doing this. I look good in my clothing. But now my breasts look extremely huge lol, oh well I'm not messing with my best-friends well at least not yet.

It has been a year since my surgery. I feel great but I have decided to have the gastric sleeve done. I am half way done with my nutrition classes and hopefully I will be having the sleeve done in June or July.

That was how I was feeling. It did not matter what I was putting on even with a girdle I still had this spare tire that made me not wanting to go anywhere. I am glad I did it. Even less then a week after having it done I am feeling better.....
That is nice to hear that you have done so well in your recovery so far. And a bonus that you have had minimal pain; I like to hear that :)

chips.. don't eat chips instead eat an entire baked potato because it makes your stomach work harder and you burn more calories.. Now i know that 1000 calories sound like so little bit it's a lot! if you eat oatmeal with sugar and butter in the morning with an egg (salt/pepper no cheese) on top.. thats only 200 Calories. you're STUFFED!! but you still have to eat because if you dont, you'll gain weight! Eat Apples, Oranges as much as you want because they are fiber and they fill you up and help flush out a lot! .. Eat Lunch.. eat Lots and Lots of Salads but not a lot of RANCH !! because it's FATENING! Learn to love those Balsamic Vinigar dressings or those Strawberry balasmics or whatever.. you will learn to love them! stop eating that McDonalds.. don't you feel yucky after eating that stuff anyway? if you're going to eat something like that make sure it's something you're going to LOVE!! and i'm not saying that you can't have that stuff.. just not all of the time... eat soups for lunch and eat dinner.. whatever you want but if you're full .. Stop Eating!! if you like grapes.. eat a a few.. lots of Calories and sugars. i like ice cream/ cakes with icing.. i'm a junk food junkie and I LOVE Marshmellows.. yes.. Sweet Sweet Stuff.. but.. after i eat a spoonfull or something.. thats it .. put it up! .. also make sure that you walk/ jog/ do something!! i like hot yoga.. this core power yoga that has a bit more cardio to it.. you are sweating like crazy but you lose so much weight so fast and you're toned and not bulky.. eliptical trainer or something.. do something but make sure you're breaking a sweat.. if you're just casuallly walking, whats the point? put some pep in your step you'll enjoy walking and moving around.. if you hated cleaning.. learn to love it, you're really moving around and you're burning calories.. also this site that I found helps with calories.. you type in the brand or what you ate.. they calculate everything and tell you how much you have to eat to gget to your target as well as working out.. even to the amount of water you drink.. it really works! Let me know how things are going .. www.everdayhealth.com and click on the food journal. .well make sure that you register.. and it'll make sense! You can do this!!! Let me know how it goes and don't forget to ask about the phentermine ;) xx
