I decided to do a breast reduction because I had a lot of petosis and my breasts were very heavy. I visited multiple surgeons and dr Lomonaco talked to me about the LeJour technique that minimizes scars. He explained the pros and cons very carefully and took the measurments and was very cordial and warm. The surgery went very well, I am extremely happy with the results. It is more down time then I thought but the results are well worht it. Simply put, Dr Lomonaco is incredibly competent and knows what he is doing. That is what every person wants when they are putting themselves in the hands of someone else.
