1 month update :)

They have lifted up a little, the skin has also improved a little...the nipples are not as caved in as they were right after removal of implants. I was surprised to see that I actually fill up a 32A bra :)....though I'm thinking I might get flatter as time passes, just because I know I was flatter before BA and I'm sure running and being a thinner doesn't help the little bit of breast fat to stay. Anyway I'm totally fine with the ending results either way I'll make the best of it;)! I will update again once I'm completely healed from this that way I can show the final results. Though at this point I feel completely healed, I know my breast still have some healing to go through. I haven't tried sleeping on my belly yet...but I think I'll be doing that soon enough:)! 2 Weeks Post Op. :)
Hi ladies, just wanted to update on things. It has been two weeks officially since I came back to life!! (feels like)....Though I do feel like I still have some sleeping to make up for, do any of you felt this??Everything is going good, I feel almost recovered from surgery. I'm going to go for a run today, I'm planning on wearing a sports bra and a wrap just incase, see how that goes. For the past two nights I stopped wearing a sports bra, I feel really comfortable to let the tinny little girls be free during sleeping hours:). I'm loving every minute of my life being implant free! And I'm enjoying the way I look in stylish tops...actually LOVING IT! Those tops just didn't look good with the big boobs. Anyway I'm putting coconut oil on my breast still and just eating healthy as much as possible. I didn't take any of the antibiotics that were prescribed, so I think it's safe to say that my natural choices for preventing infection worked:-D!...and I'm sure going to the right place and the right people for my surgery helped too:). I've seen some improvements on my breast, I do still have some "caving" but I do think it's still early in the game...and honestly I'm not worried about that, it's not like I'm planning on going to a topless beach during my lifetime here or anything like that. Anyhow life is good:). Peace & love!

Hey WantNatural your doing really well, and your boobies are bouncing back. My advice would be to just listen to your body when it come to exercise, you will be able to tell whe n your ready : ) Loving the boobies in the pale blue bra/crop top you look great! X
Thank you daintygirl!! I actually did take your advice, I didn't feel 100% ready on my 2 week mark. But today I did feel like my body was ready, I'm thankful for your advice!:)

Your looking nice and sleek this week, sounds like you getting back your energy and your scars are healing well too. It's good to hear you feel like your at the point to start exercise already . It's like Im almost getting there too it's like my pecs are wanting to be exercised . I wanna try butterfly's maybe this might build up the muscle volume there hmmm.
I'm just starting stretching & walking...next Monday will be my three week mark, but they are still sore so no jumping or anything. Also, massage with the coconut oil everyone said to get is great! Just started doing that after stitches came out on Tuesday...also with soap in the shower...seems to help the soreness & stiffness in the morning from being in the compression bra all night....
That's good verana, everyone recovers at their own pace. Like daintygirl said listen to your body. :)
Thanks little bell!! I actually ended up waiting a couple more days for my first run...I went to a school track today and run two miles...I'm definitely ready now:), I felt pretty good, I could of kept going but I didn't want to over do it for now. I'm sure you'll be there pretty soon too :)
Maybe cause you guys are all so much younger than I am....?? I'm 66. Still looking good, though :)......just need to carve some more off my tummy & I'll be good to go!
