When I decided to look into improving my skin care...
WORTH IT
When I decided to look into improving my skin care & aesthetics routine, I researched dozens of doctors. Willing to consider anything and wanting to optimize my possibilities I was prepared to travel out of state, even outside the US! So fortunate to have found Dr. Pearson right here in Manhattan Beach.
From the moment Dr. Pearson's staff answered the phone, I felt I'd be in good hands and I was; completely at ease throughout my appointments and beyond. Both Doctor and Patient Coordinator offer a level of customer care that is comparatively, notably absent from so many professional services these days! In this office you are not in merely "good" hands, but in gentle, capable, thoughtful ones.
Dr. Pearson's treatment addressed not only the outside but the often neglected inside, with my comfort level being equally as important as how I wanted to look. While we discussed the most suitable plan of action, he listened to everything I had to say (quite a lot!) and gave additional consideration to my ideas (was not expecting that). I wasn't rushed through my consult nor was I encouraged to try any one product in particular. My custom-fit plan, both for the short- and long-term was exactly that, a plan just for me.
During my initial consultation (and confirmed by his application), I learned that double-board-certified Dr. Pearson has an engineer's mind, an artist's hand, and a conservative touch--an exquisite balance! Combined with his genuine concern for the patient, this is where I found the "total package" experience I'd been so hoping for--and I was prepared to go ANYWHERE. In this office you can expect professional results with a personal touch... imo you're cheating yourself if you settle for less.
