Hi, I did coolsculpting 8 weeks ago (6 treatments- 2 stomach, 2 love handles and 2 back) at Secret Body in henderson and they charge a lot less. I am seeing good results as I do look slimmer. Having the 2nd treatment done only on my stomach as I needed one more to really tone.

2 coolsculpting treatments in the lower abdomen; 1 treatment on the upper abdomen. Went in at 11:00am and was finished by 2:30pm. I was definitely nervous going in based on prior reviews of unbearable pain. Well I must have high tolerance, because the only thing uncomfortable was the initial "sucking" of the machine. It takes you by surprise, but then it cools down and I was comfortable again. The clinic had a netflix service so I was just watching tv series the entire time. The worse thing was the wait.

The other uncomfortable thing is that they take out the machine every hour when an area is finished. The med assistant then comes in and massages the area. It's a combination of being really tickled and a tenderness. Hard to explain, but it definitely was not the "pain" everyone was talking about.

Pics here are the treatment during, and about 4-5 hours later when I got home to take the pictures. Sorry for the wrinkled underwear, but whatevs. It must be wishful thinking, but I feel that I can already tell some difference, albeit very little. I do have crazy high metabolism and I am drinking alot of water as we speak to help "flush" the fat.

At 8pm that night 10/8/2014, my stomach was a little tender. My own home remedy to hopefully reduce any bruising or swelling are spanx (tight clothing); witch hazel on the area, and arnica oil that I massaged around the area. I hope it works

I go to a clinic for endermologie and know a lady who tried the Proteifine diet combined with endermologie treatments and lost 1 stone and 5 pounds in a month. Seeing is believing she lost an incredible. I only need to tone so proteifine apparently isn't for me but thought I'd just share (",)

I had a similar experience with the lower ab region. The degree and continued soreness of the area has been a surprise and I still feel inflammed (after 1 week) but remain hopeful of a promising result.

This morning, my stomach area was more tender than last night, maybe a 2 out of 10. Again, I washed the area with witch hazel and rubbed aloe vera all over it, then placed the spanx (it's tricky, I'm always worried, I'll snap it back). On top of my dress, I then placed a "wrap around" ice bandage that you get from Walgreens. Not that it was painful, but I just wanted to be proactive on keeping any swelling or bruises to a minimum. I am already back to work.

I continue to drink water and I am peeing every 30 minutes. Not sure if it was from the water (I only had 1 bottle so far this morning) or fat flushing from the treatment. I hope it was the latter :). I hate drinking water, but for the price I paid for this treatment, I'm going to do every little thing to help it out.

Just within 24 hours, I can already see a noticeable difference. Meaning, my stomach has shrunk I think. I will take a picture tonight at the privacy of my own home and post.

Could you post some after pictures please. My stomach looks the same! Can I ask...did you have a nature birth or c-section?

Hi lbilenky, see my updated picture. Total inches lost within 3 weeks is 2.5 inches. But I have been watching what I eat as well. No exercise at all since stomach area is still a bit tender. I gave birth naturally.
