I have a lower face and neck lift just coming up to 7 weeks ago. I still have a lot of lumpyness and swelling around my neck and jaw area. All a fair amount of mottling. I wanted a smile that didn't turn down and more defined jaw line. Right now I have neither. Do you think this will get better?

2 month update
Well all scars completely healed, still lumps on my face but they are softening slightly. Saw the surgeon told him I wasn't happy with my chin and he said lets wait until September and then we will see what we can do. More lipo I'm thinking. If I have to do it again so be it.
