No PAIN but Lots to GAIN!

I first met Dr. Anderson in February of 2015. I knew right off he was the Dr. to perform my procedure. Just a regular guy who like to talk cars. While at my consultation, I noticed displayed on the wall very intricate mechanical drawings. I was informed by Dr. Anderson that he did these by hand. That was the icing on the cake. If he could draw something with such precision and detail, I thought my procedure would be a walk in the park.

Fast forward 6 years, Friday April 16th, 2021. After procrastination and encouragement from my wife, I decided to take the plunge. I arrived at the appointed time at the Alpharetta Ga. location. I went through some paperwork, (all on I-pad) and then was escorted into the room for my procedure. The staff made me feel right at home and soon I was given medication and began to relax. Watched a short video that explained in detail everything that would happen that day and then what to expect during the post op recovery. Dr. Anderson came in and we chatted for a few minutes. Next, he went about drawing out my new hairline. Soon I was feeling pretty good and before I knew it the linear strip of hair was removed. At that point I was starving! The sub and drink I had ordered earlier had come just in time. For the next several hours the process of placing my new hair took place. I felt no pain and the meds were just enough to doze a little bit here and there. The staff was very professional and made sure every need was met.

Around 6:30 pm my wife picked me up. Dr. Anderson was thrilled with my outcome and how well the day went. I was given final instructions and walked out to the car. I was not in any pain and had no after affects of the sedatives given during the day. We ordered curbside at a nearby restaurant and went back to our hotel. After a restful night’s sleep, we got up, had breakfast and headed back to Orlando. I drove the entire 7 hours. Post op no bleeding or pain. I only took one pain pill on Friday evening just in case I might have pain during the night.

I would encourage anyone thinking about this procedure to go for it! My only regret is that I waited 6 years from when I first met Dr. Anderson. I would not have even considered anyone but Dr. Ken Anderson. Believe me there are plenty of Doctors in the Orlando area that offer hair restoration.

In conclusion, I cannot thank Dr. Anderson and his staff enough for their commitment and professionalism that they showed to me. Truly the best!
