48 year old man and just had a jaw implant surgery

I am a 48 man and just had a jaws implant surgery with Dr. Jacono at his Great Neck facility ( 2 weeks ago ) . I really don’t how where to start because the whole experience though I had a very small complication the day of the surgery ( which of course had nothing to do with Dr. Jacono ) has been incredibly positive , from every angle I look at that . Dr. Jacono first : this man is incredible , has clearly surgery skills which are incomparable , I am just 2 weeks and a half after the surgery and though I still have some swelling I can see he delivered exactly what I was looking for , a stronger but totally natural jaws-line which puts in a much nicer balance all my other facial features . So first he delivers what he commits to and this with plastic and cosmetic surgery is likely the most important thing . However there’s much more: he really cares of his patients , that’s so evident in any word he says , in the way he is sincerely interested in making your experience the best possible . When I had that small complication he reacted immediately and so efficiently making sure I knew what was happening and making sure that he could fix that the quickest possible and with the smallest discomfort , reassuring and really taking care of me. I have never seen a man , a doctor and specifically a surgeon so skilled and at the same time so sincerely and genuinely attentive and interested to the needs and well-being of his patients. And also behind him, to support him there’s a whole organization of champions : Diane , the customer care coordinator , so efficient , nice, flexible , sincerely caring of all the patients and ready to answer to any question or doubt you may have , Dr. Ryan who took care of me the night I spent at the surgery center with a patience, availability, friendliness and professionalism really unique and I will never thank him enough for this! The anesthesiologist which made the whole anesthesia thing really a piece of cake, no discomfort, no nausea , no anxiety after awakening , the have been so attentive in making sure I was fine , called me several times before and after the surgery when I was at my hotel and this really made me feel like at home and with someone really taking care of me , the nurses and the staff at the surgery center so nice and always attentive to my every possible difficulty, always ready to help at any time , to provide the right suggestion and to support me with all practical needs I could have. I have flown 8000 km to get to US to have this surgery ( I am from Europe) and what I can say is that any effort I made was worthwhile . He’s the best surgeon in the world from a technical skills point of view ( no doubt about this looking at my results ) with an incredible, caring , nice and super-professional team . They made my whole surgery experience a great experience and if Is should take any plastic surgery in the future I would get back to Dr.Jacono without the smallest hesitation because he and his team are simply the best from every possible angles.
