33 Years Old, 1 Kid, Curvy to Start - Golden, CO

I have wanted a BA since I was 15. I finally got the ball rolling this past spring with a consult. Felt great about the doctor and was booked for surgery soon after. I got 800cc smooth round silicone mod prof. under the muscle. I am not a small-framed woman to begin with and while they sound HUGE, they are proportionate to my body. I look like an hour glass now and not a bowling pin! I was SUPER nervous about going under General Anesthesia but it turned out to be no big deal. I came out of it quick and easy in the recovery room with no nausea or anything else. We were on our way home within a couple of hours. My husband was militant about making sure I took my meds when I needed to and was excellent about making me drink water and getting up to move around. I was totally shocked at how much less it hurt than I thought it would. Make sure you have a solid support system at home for the first couple of days. I couldn't imagine doing this alone. The poor guy is exhausted but my recovery has been great because of him. Today they are a little itchy all over. My back is KILLING me from having to lay at an incline all the time (I don't lay like that, and I'm usually up moving - too much down time for me), but I haven't taken any pain meds since 7:50 this morning. We were out and about today buying different sports bras (front close, no wires - just needed a bigger size), and even though I was exhausted when we got home, I had no pain. I'll take my meds at bed time so I can sleep, but I'm doing great. Considering working 1/2 a day tomorrow. We shall see! Overall it's been a great experience. Well worth it!
