Hi, everyone! :) I've been on RealSelf for months...

Hi, everyone! :)
I've been on RealSelf for months just reading reviews/experiences and following my dream surgeon (Dr. Grigoryants) and figured I should finally start my journey on here as well. So here it goes!

I've wanted to get rhinoplasty for as long as I can remember. I would always Google before and after pictures in my spare time to see all the transformations and then do this thing in the mirror where I would turn to the side and cover the bump on top of my nose with my finger and then take a picture to try and imagine myself without it (Please tell me I'm not the only person who has done this! Lol).
The googling process went on for a few years until I stumbled upon Dr. G.
Now, over the years I've found quite a few amazing transformations but when I would take a look at the surgeon's portfolio, I would never be impressed. There would be a handful of nice "after" noses but the rest would be...ehh, not so nice. So I never got past the wishful thinking stage. I needed to find the PERFECT doctor. Someone I would be 100% comfortable with and be able to trust with absolutely no wiggle room for doubt. I never ever thought I would find someone like that.
(Fast forward to me finding Dr. G)
So like I said, I happened to stumble upon a stunning "before and after" picture from Dr. Grigoryants (which I'll probably make a post about soon :b) and went to his website to check out his portfolio. I was NOT disappointed! I loved every one of his transformations and I just knew I had finally found the surgeon for me.
I emailed him pictures and we talked about the cost and what exactly he thinks would need to be done. He suggested removing the bump, shortening the projection, refining the tip, reducing the size of my nostrils, and opening my airways. (The pictures I sent him are the ones on this post)

The email consultation was over a year ago and I've been working toward my rhinoplasty goal ever since! I don't have a surgery date or anything set; I'm still trying to save up the funds.

I'm not exactly sure what else to say in this introduction and I feel like I've just been rambling haha. But thank you for reading and I'll be writing again soon! :)

Questions about payment

Hello! :)

I really need to know all the options I have for paying for my rhinoplasty. I try to put back money from every paycheck but it seems like as soon as I do, I have to take it right back out for something I need :/

What kind of loans can I take out?

Grigoryants has a few financing options but I don't have good credit. Is there still an option for me and how does it work?

Will insurance cover the opening of airways part of a rhinoplasty? Or a deviated septum? If so, what's the ballpark amount of that cost?

Does Grigoryants have a detailed, broken down list of what everything costs? Ex. Anesthesia, office visits, etc.

If you all know of anything else available please let me know!
