lets just say i had implants previously that were done by another physician. They needed replacing because they had moved and i had other issues going on from poor plastic surgery.

After a year of researching doctors i decided to go with Dr. Sadove. I have never been happier with my new implants. They look amazingly real. I was at 270 cc and went to 480 cc. I almost cried went i saw him post op because he changed my life. He is one of the few docs that have plenty of years experience with this new implant by Sientra. Im 4"11 119 pounds

Sientra is a brand thats been in Europe for over 30 years and has been aproved in the U.S since feb/2012

ty Violet well they are similar yes but i prefer the sientra implant over the mentor.Mentor is gel silicone and sientra is cohesive form stable mine maintain shape but mentors take more of the shape of your breast. from my research the cohesive gel is better for me because it will never lose the shape i desired.

Sientra is the true gummy bear by being cohesive gel, mentor and allergen are not true gummy bears i believe they have one coming out soon but have not been approved by the FDA yet. It is important that if you go with gummys you need a doctor that is experienced and there are only a handful because they have just been made avail. my doctor lived in Europe so he had done the gummys for years before he came to the U.S

honestly i do not know what profile i received although i do know the are sub glandular because i am a very athletic person. more healing time but it wont look weird when i flex.

Hey jenn, Ty i feel very lucky to have such a food outcome although i am still sore and tired there great. Im suprised yours were much cheaper than mine im Curious if its because i had an implant exchange and alot of reconstruction to do? Did ur price include anesthia?

Yes that included everything. But they were also running a spring special with 25% off breast aug thru may so I saved alot there. I did quiet a few consults with different drs and I'm very pleased with dr Emerson. I see yr from Gainesville we were just down yr way n feb. 4 the Asa shoot. Love it down there.

well im 3 weeks post op and i got a little concerned because the implant started to poke out of my breast at the inner cleavage. Im happy to say it has now gone away. even with textured implants it is no reason to freak out!!!! it went away on its own ladies. also they are completely soft and amazing. so ladies don't freak out if the poke out in the beginning it does go away most of the time i was told

You look so good! :) I was psyching myself out over 475ccs since I'm only 5'1 but your results are amazing. I'm hoping to go a little bigger more like 500ccs. Happy healing :)

ty kimmy well there are actually three types of placement, under over and partially under. I have partially under because i wanted the natural look and plus i lift weights.The placement also depends on how much skin and tissue u have. If your looking for a round appearance you would get over the muscle. I received textured implants because it reduced my risk for rippling. Now everybody is different and every doc will tell u a diff scenario. You just have to research and seek many opinions. good luck!!!!
