All pros here - I did not have one negative thing to say about the process or the doctor I selected. I always knew I wanted boobs - I just waited till after I had kids and then did it for myself. Now I can fill out shirts I never could before - I can wear silhouettes that I never could before - I have curves - it is fun!

The only con is that I am extremly active and it took me a long time to get used to having bigger boobs while exercising. My surgery only took 1 1/2 hours. I maybe had one small green/yellow bruise. I recovered very quickly. Most people don't even know they are implants because they look so real.

That's so great! Thanks for sharing your story on RealSelf. Did you go with silicone or saline?

I did silicone. I had 325 cc's in one breast and the smaller breast I did 350 cc's since I was a little bit lop-sided. I also had a per-aerolar incision and the implant was placed behind the muscle.

Sorry - that was a periareolar incision!

I had Dr. Clark for my procedure and can't agree with you more. She is great and her staff is too!

Dr. Clark did my BA and like you I had no negatives to say, either, except I had to go through the changes of office from Folsom to Granite Bay. I didn't have any bleeding or bruising and her staff is wonderful. Your results are so great, I'll bet you're really happy. Congratulations on the great outcome!

Thank you! Oh yes she did open her own practice and make the move. Hopefully it wasn't too much to deal with. I did go to her new place for Coolsculpting recently and wow! It is soooo much nicer than the other place. I am happy with my 'girls' -- it has been so long since I got them that they are just part of me now. In fact a lot of people don't even know I was 'augmented!' Ha! Good luck to you with your journey!!

Great! I was watching the cool sculpting video yesterday while I was in her office -
starring Dr. Clark getting the procedure. How did you like it? Also, what is your bra size now?

It was fine - honestly my inner thighs started to rub a bit and I just wasn't ok with that - no matter how much I ran or worked out. So I just did one treatment - so far so good. I really need to take a new pic to see if there is a difference.

Now I am a 36D. They tell me I should be a 34 but I don't like my bras tight. But def a D cup now!

Awesome! You're the same size as me then. If you are a 36D, then in 34s you would be a 34DD. I did a lot of research and found that the reason you need your band to be tight is to relieve the pressure on the arm straps so they aren't doing all the work. If you are augmented with silicon, you don't have the issue of sagging, but it's not a bad idea to keep them up.
