White Outline Around Nipples After Breast Lift Almost 3 Years Ago

I wanted a lift with minimal scarring. I always had large breasts but wanted them fuller after breastfeeding left them without as much fullness as I once had. I didn't have them increased in size, I kept the same size that I had before. I am pleased with the size and fullness, however, I wish I had researched the doctors around my area more and found one with more experience in lifts rather than augmentations.

I had a stitch that was pulled out on the top of one of my breasts, and the doctors office said it should be fine because I didn't have an infection. After healing it turned into a "puckered" area.

I like the procedure - I have to now... I just want the nipples to blend into my breasts more naturally. Help

In March, 2007 - I had a partial lift with augmentation. I still have a white outline around the nipples. The white scars are also 'dotted' around the nipple where the stitches were. What type of procedure will make this less noticeable? In addition, I have a flat surface underneath my right breast - what causes this? Also, how common are these problems? I attached my picture for purusal. I have researched the available pictures, but I haven't seen this type of issue. Thank you!

The white scars are directly around your nipple ,you are lucky ,mine are 1/4 inch all around away from the nipple mine looks like a bullseye.
I have the same thing...my husband won't even look at me...I feel worse than before the operation. and now i'm sagging too. It's soooooooooo obvious that i had surgery...I hate it
Oh my, that's terrible. Your husband won't even look at you! Keep the breasts and get rid of the husband!
You need a new husband.
A scar revision procedure is likely what you would need. They will surgically remove the scar and usually it heals much better the second time around. Your scars probably stretched due to the implants adding pressure after surgery. If you look at the photos under "scar removal" on this site, there is a lady who had her scars revised. Good luck!

Have you considered a medical procedure that's like a tattoo? It is used to reconstruct nipples after mastectomy or to disguise scars from breast surgery. Try this: {edited}
(I am not advertising, I am merely using it as an example)
I also believe a scar revision is appropriate.
Good luck!!
