WORTH IT$6,400
ok went to the Ps today....and he said everything looks great. He did not have to drain any more fluid phewwww thank you....he said it still had a lot of swelling and usually week 2 and 3 are the worse because you are up moving around alot more which i am back to work and seeing patients. He also said I didnt have to wear my binder unless I was uncomfortable. That was exciting so I left it off but about an hour later I put it back on , i think late in the afternoon after working all day is not the time to leave it off.So good news no GREAT news today and happy healing.

18 days post op.......sleeping alot better thanks GOD....I do have sweeling still and can't fit into my pre op jeans yet :( a little sad on that part.... I am back to work so I know my body has to get use to it but by 3:00 I am very tight and swollen. I have another check up this afternoon and dreading the PS draining more fluid but I am sure it's going to happen. Even with all the complaining I would do it over again tomorrow.

13 days post op.....I cant believe tomorrow will...

13 days post op.....I cant believe tomorrow will be 2 weeks post op. It really does fly bye. Every day gets a little better. I have felt going back to work I feel great in the am and about 2 or 3 I start getting extremely tired, worthless, and swollen. I know i already had fluid drained and it was not that bad but I am still nervous that he is going to want to do it again MOnday when I go back. I am sleeping alot better since I am able to sleep on my side now. Ready for my clothes to fit again and the swelling to go down. Patience is an essence I KNOW I KNOW....

Glad to hear your doing ok ... we all need to get together and have a swollen party lol I will bring the binders for all lol ... I will get small for all and we see who freaks out first putting it on lol .. ok I'm being silly .. you look great! Posted photos of the binder we was talking about if you wanted to take a look ;)
I did see it thanks Deb Sunshine, I was going to try and go by there this am before work but didnt have enough time but i will try today
I know what you mean about swelling at work. I started back on Monday too at 2 weeks PO. I'm a nurse in a small Dr's office and I tried to keep the schedule light but those short walks all day around the office really took their toll. I was so swollen and tight by the end of the day. Each day has gotten better. The hardest part is the 40 min drive home. I feel every bump! I would still do it all over again, I'm really happy with the change so far. Hang in there.
Minitx- Thanks and yes those bumps are horrible. At the end of the day the drive and bumps are horrible but i also start to feel the up and down getting harder and tighter too.....But I still think it was worth it too.
