EXCELLENT SURGEON. I had a full tummy tuck mid march and had a pretty rough time with it, its not as easy as they say. I am looking great now, but I still wear my garments post-op 7 weeks. I exercise lightly and I did have trouble with the 2 drains I had. One got infected after a week and had to be removed and the other stayed in 18 days and was filling with 50 Plus cc daily. I asked to have it removed on day 19. So about a week later I developed a Seratoma and had to go back to surgeon to have 3 needles into my abdomen to have about 40-70 CC's removed. He told me not to exercise and stay wrapped. This is a surgery that takes AT LEAST one month healing time, and dont let anyone tell you differently. This surgery is Great, but it is NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART! I am glad I did it and look absolutely like a new person, I also had a breast reduction and had a 60 lb weight loss. But I just want to let you ladies know out there, do not take this surgery lightly as there are complications tied to it, which you may or may not have. Just remember to follow the doctors orders to a T. I also had to wear the brown tape for about a month and I had these surgeries about 1 1/2 months apart. The Surgeon was absolutely wonderful and I would do it again. I am still healing and watching my diet. I always feel hungry with hunger pangs, but I cannot eat alot at any one meal. This is good in a way so I eat 6 meals a day and go on the treadmill about 20 min about 3x a week, just started that. You dont want to exercise too soon after because i Did, because you can get a fluid buildup once the drains are out, I learned the hard way I exercised too soon after the drains were removed. The fluid never came back and my body absorbed it, but I still wear my stretch garments, I am wearing them less now and my stomach is looking just great. I will post pics when I can.

Excellent Doctor, an Artist, and excellent staff. I felt wonderful, comfortable with everyone and was treated with respect and dignity. He did a wonderful job and I look like a different person, I look like I did in my 20's and I am now in my 60's. I would do this again and recommend this doctor to anyone. The complications were mine, everyone is different, and I didn't listen to all of my doctors advice, but when I did, things went better. The infection could happen to anyone with the drains, because they are open and have to be kept sterile. I had very little pain and had the same doctor for both procedures. I got rid of pains in my shoulders and alot in my back, and I am very, very happy I did it. I would only go to Dr. Tyrone for any other procedures I would have in the future, I trust him.
