I am scheduled for surgery 4-5-12 and I am super excited! But also very nervous of the pain. I am 36 yrs old, 135 lbs and 5' 6" with Two teenage kids. I lost 80 lbs a few yrs ago and since then I haven't liked my boobs. I have always had a small chest (34 b) and then I gained a lot of weight after my 2nd kid.My boobs were then a big c and they were great! After losing the weight they of course shrank and sagged a bit. Very disappointing! I feel like I worked hard to lose the weight and this will be a treat to myself. I am at the point in my life where I feel like it is ok for me to to do something for myself since my kids are getting older now. It almost seems surreal that I am doing this...lol. My PS suggests 500cc and I am a little nervous about them being too big. He said he recommends that size to make them very full and I wont need a lift. Cant wait to post pics

Who is your surgeon? I have had 3 consults nervous to chose one.yikes. Good luck
I chose a surgeon in my area who won't put me completely "under". I will be sedated, and won't remember anything but I will be awake during the procedure.
Surgery is just a few hours away for me! I am so excited and the only part that has me nervous is the size. He suggests 500cc... and I am thinking of 450cc? I just dont want to look too big. I am going to feel awkward at Easter dinner, lol. And when I go back to work. will post before and after pics soon
well... 3 hrs before surgery and I get a call that it has to be rescheduled for later in the day (5pm!) Im so angry right now. I made the appt 6 weeks ago!!!

Oh, bummer! Deep breaths, though. In a week from now this won't matter and you'll have your new bod.

Well the waiting is over... surgery is done! I loved that I wasnt "put under" as it is a much safer approach. I was awake and talking through the whole thing. I was able to walk out and get in the car by myself. No pain meds taken yet! My surgeon was wonderful! It is a small office and very personable. I am still bandaged right now so I can't take any pics. But I am very very happy with the size! I ended up with 500cc and they aren't too big at all. I am very happy right now and can't wait to take the bandage off
Who did your work. So you choose saline awesome. Can't wait to see the pics
Dr Filiberto did my surgery and so far I am extremely happy... Just cant wait to get this bandage off
